5v Passthroughs from AVE

Hey fellow avejuicers, on my last order from ave I got myself a 5v passthrough and some 3ohm cartomizers. This combo is VAPING HEAVEN at a very affordable price. Highly recomended. The cartos work very well at high voltage. But i mainly drip so ive been rocking a 2.8 bridgeless on it as well. Highvoltage w/ High Ohms is worlds apart from standard voltage w/ Low Ohms in my experience. Its just not the same at all. So throw a 5v passthrough in your cart next time if you get a chance.

I use one of these when I'm at my desk. It's a trooper, not perfect but it has character now (it's been ill used over the past 6 months). The PT has great vape and goes well with most atomizer options. I'm glad you're experiencing similar.

I am a noob when it comes to passthroughs (actually I have zero experience whatsoever)...with a 5v passthrough would I need a HV atty to get the best performance? I mainly use 510 LR atties on 3.7v, can I use these atties or would that be too much?

toothboy the LR atties would be to much for 5v but 2.5ohm or 3.0 would be good IMO.................

^ this. You'll want a standard atomizer (3.0 ohm) an HR atomizer wouldn't perform as well and a LR atomizer will likely pop (... on a side note, if you ever do get a LR atomizer to work in a 5volt pass thru... "wooo wooo yeeowza"... though I don't condone this act LOL)
