5v Question

Yeah, I think I'll try to make just a standard 5V box mod first. I am a freakin' telephone tech so I have some skill at wiring, just not of the electrical sort. And we don't use solder blocks for phones anymore, although a lot of buildings I work in still have them.

I never look at the modder's subforum or did any research on the subject, so that's what I'll be looking at for the next few days until I can find a guide for a 5V box mod. I guess there's supposed to be a tutorial on Madvape's site, but it's not coming up for me, but I'm at work.

I personally didn't worry about the capacitors and it runs just fine... but you can use em if ya want!

Edit: on the TI site they will often be willing to send you samples of them. I put in that I'm a student and an inventor and that they're for a computer project. ^_^
