As a first time buyer - I too chose Innovapor, and now hoping I did not make a mistake; although, from the many other comments, if I expected my order to go out in a reasonable time, I obviously did.

I understand that I was notified that to "allow 72 hours" but I had assumed, that was a "cushioned" amount - to allow for any unforseen problems - not an "Allow 72 hours before we even get started" time.

I too run an e-commerce site, and if my employees do not get orders out within one business day they are calling the customer and explaining that they are personally responsible for the delay - and they (the employees) are penalized the $10.00 credit(s) we give each delayed customer. We process over 175 orders a day, with 3 shipping providers and 2 people on the shipping counter between 9 and 4pm.

3 days and no shipping info yet. Now a weekend. I can see I will probably not be vaping by next weekend. :(

But who knows? Maybe... hoping.... praying...

From my experience, If I placed an order on Friday, they get it shipped out Monday or Tuesday and I get it the following Friday. I have no idea how big their staff is, but I know that once I get the shipping update from USPS, it will be here in about 3 days. They are at the mercy of USPS. If you want it quicker, pay for expedited shipping. One problem with today's technology...everyone wants their order now. I wish it were that simple.

Once you get your order, you will be 100% satisfied...if not..let me know, I will buy it from you!

They are not always at the mercy of USPS. It is not USPS when you get the email that says USPS was "electronically notified...." When you get that for more than a few days, something is usually wrong on Inno's end.

That is why I said once I get the USPS update notification. Maybe I should have stated once I get the "Processed through Sort Facility in Boise" notification. After that, it is out of their hands. I have never had the "electronically notified...." for over the 72 hour span they tell us about up front.

I just got my first 510 kit from IV I thought shipping was pretty good. I ordered on the 18th (tues) and it was here (pa) on saturday the 22nd. It said the electronically notified thing till thursday, then switched to "Processed through Sort Facility in Boise" on friday. Didn't say it was local till sat morning when I checked, then it was here a couple hours later. Usps tracking sucks, but id rater save a couple bucks.

4 day shipping from ID to PA not bad at all, ill def order from them again.

That's because you've been lucky enough never to have ordered something they ran out of. ;-) Their web site isn't linked directly to their inventory, so it's pretty easy to order something that they don't actually have-- in my case, zero-nic ECOpure, which they didn't realize they were out of until after they'd taken several orders, and then it took them a while to manually edit all their web pages to remove the zero-nic option until they got more in stock.

So my tracking number still says "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on August 12, 2009 to expect your package for mailing." 18 days and counting, and I just checked the InnoVapor site and there's still no option for zero-nic listed (though they still say it's available in the product description), so I guess it's not going to change for a while yet.

If, when I finally receive this order, I find other problems like incorrect items or malfunctioning equipment, I'm going to be pretty miffed...

I am soooo sorry that my post eluded to unfounded fears... and that I was a naysayer without having an honest gripe.

I also shouldnt have based so much on the USPS tracking (as I am in the shipping business), we all know that it is a joke, but I didnt realize how bad it could be.

I just looked at USPS tracking and my package is IN Tampa, FL! I may be vaping by tomorrow! :thumb: Thats 3.5 days - AWESOME!

Innovapor - please take my humblest apologies for jumping on a "bashing bandwagon" especially when I didn't have a ticket.

I really feel like an AshHole.

I have read through this thread and would like to apologize to those of you who are waiting on backorder for the zero nicotine. We have tracking for this on the way from the UK.

As for those that have apologized to us, we thank you, I understand that ordering online can be frustrating at times, and we are working to get every order out quickly and correctly. Our turnaround times are at an average of 24-48 hours for business days. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or sunday, shipping will be Monday or Tuesday.( Some friday orders do make the early cutoff for Saturday)

Also please disregard the "processing" we are establishing a new cart system that is better suited for our growing business. If you see "processing" please ignore it, as it is not the status of your order it is merely a payment side of the cart system.

We at Innovapor want to thank you all again for your business and if you have further questions please email us at

innovapor@gmail.com

Thank you all again!

Millie
