Well done to everyone who has quit the stinkies :) .... I made my first 3 bottles of ejuice yesterday. Sped up maturing time by standing the bottles in warm water to help thin and infuse the juice which is primarily VG as I'm allergic to PG.. ive also left the drip nozzles off so the air gets to them ...ive tried 2 of my flavours so far tonight as I mixed up 3 different flavours.... they're awesome. I can't wait to see how the flavour improves .. immense clouds of vape and really easy and smooth to inhale :) xx

Excellent! I'm glad to hear your foray into DIY is starting off as a success...
Perhaps the fine folks here on ECF will be buying your juices in the future?!? :vapor:
Keep us posted, will ya?

Congrats WelshTan35. I too am looking into starting with the DIY liquid. I have read through the DIY flavoring sticky over in the DIY section and I was wondering if any of you guys had any advice for a complete newb to DIY juice. I am curious about the best company to buy nic liquid from and if I should pay for one of the starter kits from that post or just buy stuff seperately.

Thankyou :) .. I was surprisingly nervous to sample my fluid but it's been happy vaping :) .. no doubt there will be a mix in the future that will taste like burnt rubber and have the bleurgh factor but I'm incredibly proud that my first "batch" had been a total success :) ... I will definitely keep you posted :) xx

Timmy I bought my supplies from BLUE STAR in the UK .. they have a limited range of flavour concentrates though so I will be hunting out other additional suppliers of flavour concentrates. I used an online nicotine calculator to work out the strength of nicotine I wanted and how many ml to apply from the 56mg neat liquid I had ordered. But it's surprisingly simple :) .. I helped mature the juice by standing the mixed and shaken bottles in a saucepan of warm water to help thin and infuse the flavours ... vigorously shook them several times and stood with caps off and the nozzles off. They are still standing with caps and nozzles off now :) X

It's nice to hear good things from a beginner. I am really looking forward to getting into the DIY stuff. All of the things that I have read and watched lead me to think that it will be an awesome new aspect to the addiction that is vaping lol. I started dripping about 4 months ago and have been going through juice like a junkie. Hopefully I will be able to make some satisfactory flavors that will help to reduce some of the spending on pre made juices.

Thanks guys :) .. not bad for a lil woman eh? ... I can see it being hobby only soon as I'm already down to 10mg mixes from the 36mg I was on when I started vaping .. I used to be a 40+ Amber Leaf rollies with tips a day on a heavy day smoking for 22 years ... All you need is willpower to quit the stinkies .. If u WANT to the rest is easy I'm already so excited and thinking about my next batches of juice .. what magical flavours can I concoct :) .. and it's awesome when a veteran vaper txt me earlier asking to sample some of my home made juices that I was raving about on Facebook :) .. will be meeting up with her n letting her sample and if she likes then she wants me to supply her with some :) .. awesome :) xxx

I have been looking at mods and dripping ... something I'm sure I will explore when I fully understand it all :) .. I'm also a juice junkie on the set ups I currently have ... vaping is more addictive than the stinkies lol .... I would love to be able to drink my 2 fave juices but it would kill me lol ... I'm ectastatic that my first batch of home made juices have worked out perfectly :) xx
