It seems like yesterday I was posting my one week without cigs anniversary. Today is 2 months! TWO MONTHS! And 90 days of vaping total.

I'm done with cigs forever now. I'll never smoke another. Wow! Is that me talking?

Congrat's

Thanks, you guys. I just put in another order tonight for my sister up in Michigan. She's quit, too and says she won't be smoking again either. She told me tonight that she'll never buy another pack of smokes, she quit the minute she got the passthrough I sent her and that's been a few weeks now I think. So, no doubt, you are making a huge difference in people's lives, so far 3 in my family, including me. Now, I'm working on my niece to try this. Hopefully she'll see the light, too.

You know, even though we've basically traded in a really nasty habit for a much cleaner and healthier one, it is such a feeling of empowerment. Cigarettes had their nasty fingers around our bodies and our psyches for so long, to be free of them and all the negatives that go with it gave me a huge mental boost as well as a physical one.

I've been doing a lot more... of everything since I quit the cigs. LOL

Congrats to all of us! Today is 2 weeks for me. I just finished writing a reply to Sawlight on another thread about my lone last cigarette that I had been thinking about for these 2 weeks. I was debating smoking it and hoping it would be awful or ripping it up and being done with it. I was fighting that FEAR of being without one. At least I had the choice then. But guess what!? After reading this thread I just decided to rip that little &@%#! into 5 zillion shreds and tossed it in the GARBAGE where it belongs!!!
I did that because of ALL OF YOU! The love and support here is just overwhelming at times! I am grateful for everyone here. Why should I be afraid of not having that THING when I have my vape and I've got juice to go with it and batteries and PT's!! That's all I really need - and all of you! Thanks for helping me make the final decision.
I am definately SMILIN!!!!

Congrats, Kathy! You're doing so great! I was going to have that "last" analog after 2 weeks of vaping, but people kept saying how awful it tasted after doing without for so long that I was afraid to smoke it. :) So, I didn't do it either. You'll be fine, once you see you're done, you're going to feel and be a much stronger person for it.

Thanks Pugzley. I have quit before - cold turkey for 30 days. Getting past that will really be the big one for me, but I was ok the first 2 wks then went into some bizarre mental battleground that was too much for me after another 2 wks of that and I pulled into the next gas station and bought a pack. That was about 2yrs ago. I wasn't gonna go through that again so I was NOT gonna try to quit again. BUT this is just so different! Having that cigarette sitting there kept me thinking about cigarettes when I don't really think I would have without it there. Ya know what I mean? I am 2 weeks into no smoking here and I really don't have any craving for one. Just that passing thought. Now that the last one is gone I won't have to think about it any more. I am really looking forward to getting past that 30 days. I really do love vaping and playing with my carts and mixing flavors together! This is a fun new hobby for me! And on top of that I am on a mission to help as many smokers as I can! I love it!
