What else is there to say, it vapes better than anything I've used so far. As a test, I didn't even bother oxidizing it, since my coil is well seasoned.

Results: No problems, no hot-spots, no shorts. This mesh is so fine (Hey Mickey) that you can barely tell its woven.

Yeah, its expensive, but that's what money is for.

Update: After vaping a few tanks of juice, I have to honestly say the vape isn't that much better that 400 mesh. The big advantage so far is that I'm not fiddling with the wick to remedy shorts. Maybe I just got lucky. Time will tell.

I'll start upping the voltage and see how it fares/fails. I wouldn't pull the trigger on it just yet.

Hey Roto, where did you get the 635 mesh from?

We need to know more about this caterpillary action.

Good morning! Well it's morning here anyway. :) Just a heads up, it's capilliary action;)
BJ43 did a wicking test with kerosene and pure pg and vg, on the #500 mesh. The results were astounding. I am excited to hear about the #635.
I will try to find the link.
