On A Side Note : 1st Coil w/ Mesh on Nova..

So having the issues I do with my Bulldog rba I decided to try rolling a coil on SS mesh and use it in the Vivi Nova.

Wrapped a perfect 2.4 ohm coil (4 wrap I believe) with a small bit of rolling paper after oxidizing the 400# mesh a few times and dry burned a few times on low voltage to burn off the rolling paper.

No shorts on or off the battery and no hot spots. Filled with my favorite ECBlend and wow.. Unbelievable!

This is my very first rebuild of anything and decided to go for it putting all I've read/watched for a few weeks to use. I'm so happy with this and it's a totally different beast with this mesh wick and coil compared to the 2 month head I had been using (cleaned several times and still only 2.9 ohm)

Did you wrap the mesh pretty tight? I attempted it on mine, and although it Works... the vapor production is much less than the regular nova heads... the flavor seemed a little better... but I was not blown away.
Maybe I need to go back and do it all over again and start from square one?

Yeah I would say pretty tight.. Enough to get it down in the standard head slots on the side where the old wick came out. Initially it wasn't fitting and used a smaller needle instead of a bigger paperclip and working it for a few mins it finally was able to comfortably fit down into the slots.

I can say vapor production is at least 3-5 times greater and it's a cleaner taste with more flavor for me. Granted, I had been using the same head now 2 months but had been doing regular cleanings. It's been awhile since I got these so I can't say if it's more vapor/flavor than the first time I put the head on (again 2 months on same head) but it was an awesome vape although it does go through more juice this way I'm sure I've already refilled my tank this morning and can easily tell it's down, though it's such a great vape I may just be hitting it more
