no problem, I have not used that build on them,I just built the coils
and put the build on the ohm checker and seen it was that low
so I thought I would do some checking before using it.

here is what batteries I have right now,
I am guessing the gray one is a cheap crappy one ?

it is the best that I could get the printing on the green one to show up

I am not sure about the sony "18650 ocr" if I am reading that right but I use sony vtc3, 4, and 5 without any issues all the way down to .12, I know some people say that is pushing it I am simply stating that I run them that way. That being said you just need to know the amp limits of whatever battery you are using and alot of folks like to stay within the continuous amp rating while I venture into the "pulse" amp ratings but NEVER exceed whatever that pulse limit is stated at and sometimes with folks like efest you cannot take their pulse amp ratings seriously. You can get good batteries for a decent price, I got turned onto LG 18650 HE2's which is what a purple efest is actually lol, love the rewrap efest does constantly and it is like 30 bucks for four of them to get you started. I use to recommend that everyone get sony vtc batteries but they have since moved the production of these batteries into the Philippines and I was told by my battery supplier for the shop that he would not trust the QC out of their new manufacturing facility (also the same one who confirmed what the purple efest actually are under the pretty purple wrapper), I still sell the new green imren 38 amp batteries out of shop but the mah rating is overstated and if that is overstated now it makes me wonder about the amp rating. MXJO is another one but they come out of china and QC is hit or miss, I got a good batch of four but my friend says his do not last or hit hard although they do not get hot or anything and there may or may not be other contributing factors. All that being said in my opinion and the opinion of my battery supplier I suggest the LG HE2 battery until something on the scene changes, LG has good QC and as far as me and my supplier know they are still manufactered in Japan where their name is on the line so QC is very important to them.

Current 6.56 Amps
Resistance .64 Ohms

Most high drain or even mildly high drain batteries will work for your quoted setup....you only need 6.56 amps plus a little overhead
So the batteries old hippie mentioned will be fine because they have a 20 amp discharge rate.

Agreed, I just can not get higher amp limits out of my head sometimes so I digress...and apologize lol
