Howdy! It will get better and better! I think the first few months were the hardest. It the worst when something broke and I would get panicky until I got my vape working. Backups are very important!
God i'm about 4 months in and can't agree enough with this lolz (mainly the first part) haven't had any issues with mods or tank exept for the casual leaking that was user error mostly and fixed quite fast by me. After buying a 2nd mod and tank though kinda have to agree it's nice to have 2 vapes at all time XD specially to vape 2 different flavors (one in the morning and one daily for me :p). Do have my nautilus tank in case i break one of my sub 0hm though that'd be sad. I think the biggest thing is never running out of juice cause well without it you can't vape alot even with a working mod :p

Hey folks, been two months vaping after 35 yrs smoking. Luckily my son got me a Smok AL85 and it's great.Still coughing a bit, but after smoking 35 yrs It might take awhile to clear up.
What atomizer are you using? How many watts? What is the ohms of the coil? Are you coughing to clear your lungs or to clear your throat?

Congratulations - I am your age and I have been smoking 48 years. Today was my first full day on the Juul. I smoked eight cigarettes - down from 25/30. I am happy, but you are way ahead of me.
My reaction to starting vaping was daily cigs went from 25 to 5 and stayed there with no effort. There might be an 80% rule for a lot of smokers who switch. I decided to stay with dual using to learn how to vape before considering trying for zero cigs. Six weeks later the motivation came. There was little pressure by then because cigs were starting to be unpleasant and a relapse would only be to 5 cigs, not 25. That first try was successful.

Congratulations, Snerlemiter! I was in my 50's when I quit smoking. I don't remember how long it took, but I do remember puttering around one morning and suddenly realized I hadn't coughed all morning. It was a major victory, and a great encouragement to stick with vaping. Hang in there, it will happen.

Welcome to the best support system you will ever find. We are very happy to see you here.

I've got a few years on you and smoked for 45+ years. I have been strictly vaping for almost 6 years now. The morning hack fest was the first thing to go. The yearly colds were the next.

Hang in there and it will just keep getting better and better.
