Just a little information about me, 64 yrs old, have been smoking since i was 14 yrs old ,crazy I know but.
Last year I walked into our new e-cig shop and bought a epsilon 1100 BDC device, never looked back..
Started with 24mg, (wow what a hit) then reduced to 18mg over the next two months,
Have reduced to 6mg nicotine over the past 6 months, now down to 3mg this last month but the best thing is.....
No cigs for the past 12 months, no coughing, no chest pain, love the smell of the cut grass, hate the smell of burning cigs.
Saving loads of money as I was a 2 pack a day smoker.
Ok the first month was hell, colds, flu, sinus problems, heart palputations, but now after 1 year hoping to go to zero mg and maybe quit vaping altogether. mmmm lets see next year.
