So I got a dual atty shotgun mod, and thought if there is double the atties why not double the power!

I am available for hire for you next disco, magic show or theater production, just look for the cloud.

ps. anyone wanna sell bulk quantities of 801 attys?

So what's next? Car batteries in a Radio Flyer? Toke pipe from a garden hose?

I expect the ultimate will involve an arc welder, a large bucket of ejuice, and one of those old fashioned deep sea diving helmets......or perhaps....the new FengWen3000 gaschamber mod....

Each atty is only using 5 volts, right? I would think so because you have a circuit with two points of load that are using up a certain amount of voltage and amperage, maybe it would equal out to a little high on each atty depending on ohms, and amperage of the batteries. So the attys will be fine but dripping into two attys will be a chore.

EDIT:

Please tell me you are not stacking THREE unprotected CR2's into that pipe bomb? If so please put a beeper on that so you can warn people who are in the same room as you.

question for you, chev! i got one of those variable power source you posted from ebay. when i switch voltage do i have to unplug it? what do you think?
and i think the DB pull whatever the amperage allows the atty to pull. like for instance if you have 5A drain batts (hipothetical) you'd be getting 10V on each atty... know i'mma mean?

yeah thats the ticket.

I checked it under load and was dropping to about 4.2v with 2x 3v batts and whilst it was perfectly acceptable, I just wanted to get up over the 5v, now it sits around the 2x 6v nicely.

As it hits so hard, dripping is actually less of a chore in a way, this thing really satisfies so instead of dripping continuously all night, I just juice these up take a few 1 second puffs and am right for at least half an hour.

I find body hit (nose, throat, lung) and brain hit are where its at.

Re: saftey.

I wont tell you I use 3 x unprotected CR2's, they are 17335's. ;)

The extended cup has vents in the bottom and does not screw on, it just slides on snug over the body so can expand if necessary and the top cap can blow off if needed.

The side mounted atties make this a pretty safe mod to fool about with as there is little chance the caps, atty or vent flames will build up pressure and even if it did it does not ever point towards your face or body.

I am running dual 510 cartos on it atm, peanut butter in one and grape in the other, it is fantastic.

I do want to pull the cartos apart and see how they are holding up, and compare the filler from 1 sec 10v* hits vs the normal 2-3 second 6v* hits.

'she'll be right, mate.

edit:
Oh yeah, I did a vid of this last night but it has corrupted somehow, but am trying to fix it or will just do another one.

I will post a link in here when done. The Demon Scarer Pt1-

Wait are you talking about the wall voltage or from a battery? I know attys will only use whatever a certain amount of amperage and no more then that depending on what ohms they are. If the ohms of two attys equal over the amperage provided it will pull whatever it can.
