So, I've been going at this for a little over 3 weeks. And being up here in the great white north, I had to suffer with no nic-juice at the beginning.
I wasn't quite ready to quit when I started. However, the wife pushed for it, and a friend was successful with vaping. Sure, WTH, let's give it a shot. After looking things over, I decided I wanted a cig like pv. Didn't do too much research, just went with my gut feel. Then I arrive at Happy Vaper's kiosk. After looking things over and chatting it up with a couple of guys there with their big batts, I was easily convinced to go with an eGo.
Alright, I also picked up the tanks (my thought process was I wanted something to last me the day and I wouldn't have to change things out while I'm at work). Couldn't have been more wrong.
Back to the story. So without any nic-juice, I'm just vaping 0-nic. I figure since I've put in some money, might as well give it an honest chance. So, any time I wanted a cig, I went for my pv. Any time I was really craving a cig, well, I had a cig. Doing that alone knocked me down from 12 to 5 cig/day. All that with minimal effort.
The day the nic juice came, I had my last analog. You know what ...... me off about it? I just bought a pack that afternoon on the way home. All 2 analogs. Wasted money.
And the report is, so far so good. Haven't had an analog. Haven't had a craving for one either.
My problem now is I think I"m a tinkerer (sp). I've got a roughstack on order, and I'm starting to look into diy mods. I have no idea why. Just because it's there I guess. I'm not complaining about the eGo, guess it's just an experimentation for me.
All in all, it's working. I'm happy, my wife and all my coworkers are happy.
Thanks for reading.
Edit: Forgot to post my problems to date:
I got me 1 bad atty (well, I think I made it bad). It doesn't vape as well, and it feels like I'm sucking through a stir stick. My solution? Take the cone off and have the atty a little loose in the battery. Seems to do the job. Just waiting for 1st mod to come.
