So, I just bought a Sigelei 30 w box mod and a Horizon Tech Arctic tank a week ago to quit smoking. Order a couple 65/35 mixes online and it worked great. I was looking for my first good juice, and ended up getting a 180 ml bottle of One Hit Wonder Milk Man at a local vape shop. This stuff is 80/20 and the guy said it would work fine in my tank. I get home, load it up, and it's almost like the tank is clogged and I can hardly get any vape off of it. I put my other juice in with the old coil and it vape fine. Tried the old juice in the new coil and it was fine. So it looks like I'm stuck with a $60 bottle of juice my tank can't vape, and I can't really invest in a higher watt box and RDA right now. Anyone have any ideas on this one? I saw you can dilute it but I don't want to ruin good juice that I could possibly use later.

80/20 is better in a dripper for sure...
If you don't have any PG to use, you could try taking a portion of it (like 20 ml or so) and adding 5% distilled water to thin it...shake it well and give it a try.

Like Sgt.Rock states, you can use a little distilled water to thin it out, or you can find some USP grade PG, mixing in about 10% to 15% of that into your juice to thin it down as well, will dillute the flavor a bit, you can generally find it at Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart, just remember USP grade PG
Right on. I was hoping to not mess with the juice because it was fantastic trying it the shop but I may have to. People on forums say they vape max VG on this tank with no issues, but I tried two different coils and had the same problem. I would try to find a cheap dripper but I don't know that the 30 w box would run it.
An RDA will run just fine on that Sig Mini 30w, not going to be a spectacular cloud machine, but a nice 28awg wire dual coil at 30watts is a nice enjoyable, but very flavorful and relaxing vape in the 0 to 6mg Nic range, 9 or maybe 12mg or higher, be a little harsher than from a tank.
Thanks for the advice. Maybe I'll see if I can find something cheap to get me through until I can invest in something more serious. Any suggestions?
The label "Max VG" can be quite deceiving...I've seen some that appear as thin as water--most likely because they dilute it with distilled water 
Try having a look on Ebay for a cheap RDA clone. I'm currently running a velocity clone that I picked up for £12 ($18) and it hasn't done me wrong, I have tried high and low pg/vg content and it seems to work pretty well but I've settled into making my own (with 95% vg)
