801 Bliss!

First time trying an 801! Got an IKV 801 mini 2.5 ohm - wow!! I really like these. Tons of flavor, vapor and throat hit. They are also really quiet. The only thing I didn't care for was the stock drip tip - I panicked for a few minutes until I remembered I had a 801 - 510/901 drip tip adapter that I had never used! Best vape I've had in a while.

edit: LOL looks like another of my favorites photobombed the shot - my LR fusion in a liquinator snuck in the back left. They work really well the liquinator, the extra width around the bottom of the fusion locks the tank in place so it's not as slide-y.

How does the 801 mini compare to an i06 in flavor?

I do have an 801 threaded PV that I usually use with a Liquinator and 801 Fusion.

It's hard to compare since this is a FRESH atty, but I'd say this has more flavor than the i06. One thing I've noticed is that it puts out a LOT of vapor and flavor even at lower wattages - normally, I like to vape IKV RY4 around 8-9 watts, but I'm happy with this at 6. It also is not leaky at all so far. It's a relatively large atomizer (the mini is shorter than the normal size, but still kind of "fat") and seems to hold a lot of liquid in it, and I normally have a problem with overdripping. It's close to 2.8 ohms, and I would normally never even think of running this on a 3.7v device, but I actually kind of enjoy it on my precise plus 10440, which uses one of the weakest batteries in the vaping world.

The 801 2.5 ohm is one of my favorite attys to use and I love it at 3.7 volts.I know exactly what you mean about not having to turn up the voltage to get a great vape out of them.I also think these have better flavor than the i06 and I have compared both when they were new and just broken in.

Lol I just ordered 6 of them yesterday,3 at 1.5 ohms and 3 at 2.5 ohms to try out.If they are anything like the first release of cannons you will not be disappointed.They are my favorite atty ever produced by Ikenvape even though they leaked,awesome flavor and vapor I can't wait for mine to get here.
