That I did good sir and you are certainly right Vladominator the Semi wasn't supposed to be so large.
Also for Techno:
We're actually taking another stab at this and hoping they'll get it right. The Semi is 38mm as the Mini is 31mm. We're going to unite the two to an even 34mm. We have them being made and stamped by their respective numbers of IKV 1.8Ω and IKV 2.5Ω. The reason for the first run to have the low numbers is because they will be stressed to the max and we can better determine the sputter effect. This set will definitely be tested prior to release if all goes successful.

Great news sounds like a good compromise (not that anyone is compromised when they use your attys ) I would to be tester of these if they are not being tested solely in house

My vaping start date was about 1 year ago too. Received my first ecig setup on Friday 1/29. I wonder if they stack up near the beginning of the year on account of new year resolution sort of thinking

The 2.5 Semi is the same one I got, I don't usually drip when traveling but it was so nice I had to take the 801 with me over the holidays... really love this thing. But I can't tell if 3 or 4 mm shorter would make much difference to me.

I think the reason the first of the year is popular, or at least in my case, it's around Christmas and allot more people are in the malls shopping and see the kiosk. That's how I found out about ecigs.
