801 to 808 adapter that works with the Buzz Pro

So, I bought this one: 801 to DSE901/KR808D-1 Adapter - For use with SP2

but for whatever reason, I cannot get it to work with the Buzz Pro. I've tried adjusting the screw on the Buzz Pro cap, etc, but no go. I can't see in there well enough through the little hole in it to see if it's making contact or not.

Regardless, it sure doesn't work. Is there one out there that is known to work?

Some of them adapters need the center post taken out and put in the other way. I've had a bunch that needed to be reversed before they work. It can be a chore on some of them getting it back together.
