First it's been over 3 weeks with no analogs, just awesome. I have got a couple long ( 78mm ) Volt batteries and they last me all day. It just seems hard to find a good cart for the 808. By the looks of several 808 users on here the Boge must be pretty good. I order 20 of those and 60ml of 555 from freedom smoke. This is my last ditch effort to find that combo that gives a silky smooth vape full of flavor with an 808.

Which brings me to my question. I am not looking for a cigar size battery or some contraption that doesn't feel like a cigarette when I hold it. The Joye 510 Mega Auto or Manual battery starter kit looks to be a pretty good choice, especially with all the attys and carts available for it. What are the major differences between the Joye 510 Auto and my Volt 808 Auto?

I haven't tried the Joye 510. I imagine the major difference would be the 510 vs 808, 3 piece vs 2 piece and the accessories. With adapters readily available, perhaps there isn't a heckuva lot of difference. I have tried several 808 style batteries before deciding the Volt is the best of the lot. I'd used a 510 type battery a few years ago, and I didn't care for it personally. Electronic cigarettes have come a very long way since, though.

I've heard the Boge carts are good, but I haven't tried them and I think the Volt carts are probably comparable. Every time I order from Smokeless Image, I buy more carts. I won't run out any time soon. I do like them over others I've tried because they don't taste metallic to me and they seem to work very well for as far as carts go. I have recently tried the new bottom coil Phoenix 510 cartomizers with an adapter for my Volts. These work pretty darn well, no leak issues at all. They look rather funny on my Volts, but that's ok. I won't buy them often, there is a metal taste I don't care for, but they are still very good for what they are. They are from GotVapes. I tried them after seeing a video by SteelJan on them claiming them to be dual coil killers.

The difference between a 510 and 808 is simply the size of the threads on the end of the battery..:) If both are supplying 3.7v to whatever atty or carto or tank or clearomizer you're using, no differences. The 510 threading do seem to have more different options in gizmos that you can use with it, but as was sugessted an adapter would solve that issue.
