The ceramic CE2 cartomizers have no filler, and thus can't burn. But... they're kind of a work in progress, and in my experience, the quality control isn't very good. Half the time, they need to be modded just to get them working right.

Lots of people like them, but I don't like playing roulette with things I paid good money for. If someone is selling a product, I think it should work as advertised right out of the box.

I've tried V4L's WOW cartos and their Coolcarts. I like both of them, and have rarely received one that did not work right out of the box. I've also got some CE2 carto (R4) and I'm on the fence about them. The CE2s produce a very nice vapor that is warm and fragrant because there is no filling to mute the vapor; however, I find that I can only vape about 3 times before I have to put them down to cool off/wet the atty before I use them again. They are also more complicated to fill than the usual 808 cartos. Just my $0.02 USD. Everyone's tastes and methods are different, so order a few from each vendor you'd like and compare them for yourself!

I have used the following blank cartos: V4L WOW, V4L CoolCart, Vapornine Turbo, generic kanger.

Of those, the turbo and coolcarts are the same. The WOW cartos are low resistance and therefor warmer vapor but must be kept wet to avoid running dry. The generics, just forget them. IMHO, they are only useful for testing new flavors or as a free sample from a vendor.

I have not used the premium carts from LiteCig but based on other posts here, the premiums are the same (or similar) to the CoolCart and Turbo. LiteCig also offers a low res premium which is probably close to the V4L WOW carto. Either of them should be good as long as you understand what each will give you. The LiteCig premium will give you a cooler vapor while the low res premium will give you a warmer vapor. The low res premium should be topped off frequently to make sure it is wet. If you plan to use 1 carto for a long period of time, like a full work day, you may want to go with one of the cooler cartos. (LiteCig Premium, VaporNine Turbo or V4L CoolCart) If you will be able to have a bottle of juice with you and top off frequently, you may like the warmer cartos. (V4L WOW or LiteCig Low Res Premium)

To be honest, you will eventually want to try them all. Only after trying them will you know for sure which you prefer for yourself. I am currently in that phase myself.

Good luck! :)
