I think that I'm going to go with the Elite as well, after coming from V2. I'm wondering though, is this battery really much different than my V2 batteries? I'm going to need to return the V2 within a couple of weeks, so I need to decide. I thought I'd read here that most of these KR808s are the same no matter whos selling them? But, the Elite does at least look different. And, I'm also wondering if I can use my V2 cartos and PCC on the Elite.

Got mine yesturday. So far so good. I'll write a review in a few days. From what I've experienced so far its replacing my ego. Extremely light weight. Battery isnt rear end heavy when holding it. Slim, looks great. Battery life is suprisingly decent. Flavor good, TH more then enough. I'll wait a bit though to see how well the cartomizer holds up. So far its looking to be a 5/5.

... bobalex, I think I saw your vid on YouTube refilling the juice.

That wasn't me. I think you've confused me with somebody who actually might know something. I've only done one video:

As soon as I learn more ... I'll make another one.

Lol yeah I realized that a day later. Think you got a twin. After getting the 808 there isn't a rubber ring on inside so don't have to deal with needles the video I was watching about filling cartomizers. Got some caramel tabacco from kvs, great stuff.

I've been using the Elite for a week now, and I really like it. It's a nice size, has decent battery life, and a fair amount of power to create some decent vapor. The three-click shut off is also a very nice feature since I tend to just throw it into my purse.

Personally, I prefer the "Clear and Easy" tank cartos above the ones that come with the device. The flavor is better and there's no question about needing to refill. Besides, it nearly replicates the taste of dripping. Very clean, no filler taste.

Overall, this is a nice little PV. Personally, I would have never purchased an eGo a year ago if this had been available. I now have a Vmod to satisfy my chain-vaping/higher voltage needs but the Elite will be the one I take with me when I leave the house.

Dang Pheisty :), Now I'm gona have to get one of these to replace my kr8's. I've been looking at these for awhile now. I was torn tween this and an ego. I want something a lil more than a standard kr8. If it has some longevity in the batt life tween charges I'm sold. I absolutely love my vmod's, but I still love my kr8's too. Those are what I take out of the house..

In my experience, I have found these batteries to last as long as the ego 650 mah batteries. I know in theory 650 mah > 380 mah but if you ask around you will find that others that have tried this will agree. These look much nicer too ;)

to be honest, besides a few disposables, the elite 808 is my first pv and have only been vaping for about 3 weeks now. i dont have anything to really compare it to but i cant say enough good things about the elite.

i am happy there were a few reviews here when i ordered mine about 2 weeks ago, makes me feel really good that i ordered it with all the positives here and from my own experience with it. my gf uses the second battery and she loves it too. they both last all day for each of us.

soon i will be getting the elite clear tanks, cant wait =)

Maybe you can help me out on this one. I love love love love the standard cartos. I bought 100 if them. Use them on all my 901/808 devices now.

I used two of the clear tanks and have no luck with them. I have tried various different juices with various PG/VG ratios but always get the same result. Poor flavor, poor vapor, poor wicking.

Any tank tips would be great because I'm having no luck.

UPDATE: Loving the Elite again... The supplier, CigEasy, responded promptly to my email, arranged for a tech to phone me, and the problem was not with the Elite but with the user (er, me) -- I'd forgotten that if you press the manual button 3 times, it turns off the unit so that it doesn't accidentally come on in pocket or purse. I must have done this by accident. I'm back in business, very happy, and can also report that although the website does say the guarantee is 7-day non-DOA, they will try to help anyone with a problem at any time within reason.
================
I cannot recommend the Elite. I've had mine for less than 4 weeks and already both batteries are DOA, which is too bad because otherwise I liked it very much. I'm looking for a replacement, considering the kgo. I wrote CigEasy informing them about the battery issue but since they only guarantee them for 7 days I'm not hopeful. Also, their user manual is inaccurate; obviously based on the Easy but not proofread and thus contains incorrect information, very confusing to a newbie (like me). And no, I didn't overcharge the batts, and I did make sure the cartos were clean and dry before attaching.

I have both the elite and the 808dm- the draw is the same, and I saw very little difference in battery length of usage. The button seems to be a little stiffer on the 808dm than on the elite. If not turned off,the elite will trigger at the slightest nudge. However, with the 808dm, you are forced into getting pre filled carts, mine came and they had leaked in transit and not my favorite flavor. So for me, not worth the extra 15 dollars. I gave my elite kit to a friend w/ a bottle of her favorite juice to get started as she didn't like the pre filled carts from nhaler either. Both units, the draw and vape are excellent. The elite cartos work great on all the 808 gear I have

How are you guys using the Elite 808 with the Clear and Easy Tanks???

I need to know, because that is the only gear I own right now.

The Elite with the Tanks is producing toxic tasing, noxious vapor for me consistently.

What is your secret?

Wow. I have no idea what I might be doing differently. I just drip the liquid down the side of the tank and vape away. I've noticed that some of my juices taste better in cartos, and some taste better in the Clear and Easy. But the juice in the Clear and Easy NEVER tastes toxic or noxious. Are you using the Elite 808 Clear and Easy tanks? They're the best clear cartos I've tried. No leaking at all yet, and I've had them a couple of weeks. Others I tried before leaked within a day or two.
