I believe a 901 battery will work with kr8 cartos. Will a 901 usb pass thru work with the kr8 cartomizers?

I would think so, but I've never tried it. For example, Puresmoker describes the 901 adapter for its passthrough as "KR808D & DSE901." All of Heaven Gift's 901 adapters are described the same way: "901/808D-1." Check with your supplier to make sure.
If it doesn't, you could always use an adapter, e.g., I see that NHaler sells a 901 tip to Kr8 (or GreenCig) cartomizer adapter.
But, unless you are talking about one of the premium passthroughs (e.g., VP, Puresmoker, or BB), why would you want a cheap, flimsy 901 PT? I got good results from an inexpensive Kr8 automatic passthrough (which I used primarily with an adapter for my penstyle attys, but of course it works well with Kr8 carts). It broke eventually (I kept dropping it on the floor
), but I got my money's worth.
