It's also worth mentioning that a cigarette is a more functional delivery method for nicotine, so when you smoke a cigarette, you're getting the majority of the nicotine from the tobacco. Vaping doesn't (according to what has been said) deliver the exact amount of nicotine that's on the label as you're not using a flame, you're simply temporarily heating the e-liquid, vaping a bit and allowing it cool back down.

its going to depend a lot on the device and how hard you vape. i have aty's that can burn 3-4 ml in a couple hours then others that go forever.

Just what I was going to say :)

30mls dripping with my wifes Twist with a RDA might last her couple weeks vs 30mls in my Reo with a .8 ohm atty which will last me 5-7 days. All depends on set up and the vaper.

Ah! One of the perennial new vaper questions. There is no easy math for this when you factor in all the variables. Besides some of the explanations already offered: at a satisfactory nic level you vape x amount. Drop your nic level and you may end up vaping twice as much. Any attempt at trying to factor an equivalency then becomes irrelevant. (It really becomes like trying to compare apples to elephants.) And other fun stuff like that.

Everyone seems to want an answer to this question when they start. And then you get over it pretty much quick! :D

Hello fellow Vapors!

I was wondering how many packs is equal to a 30mL bottle of juice?

Has anyone really figured it out to a close number?

Is 1 Carto equal to 1 pack of cigs? I've heard this before as well.

Thank you.

As you can see from the responses you're getting, there is no correlation between ML of juice and number of cigarettes. There is also no correlation between nicotine content in juice to nic content of cigarettes. The best you can do is figure out how much juice you'll use per day on average.

You guys are awesome! Glad to see so many different responses.

I guess it truly just comes down to how much you vape in a day compared to how many cigs you smoked in a day. Which honestly.... Makes sense!

Someone said 25 packs!!!!! Thats 2 1/2 cartons! hahaha you know YOU'RE saving money!!!! :)

Tons!!! I was a very heavy smoker. I don't vape nearly as much as I smoked. The actual savings are astounding. I figure I save just under $6000 a year. And that is with premium juice.
