okay so i get one cartridge is about 7 cigs (for the sidesho) or so i heard.... i could be off and mixing info i got from other websites.. anyways..

how many puffs equal a cig puff??

how many puffs equal a cig?

how many carts equal a pack?

how many puffs equal a pack??

and i was going from 30 turkish silvers a day (.8 mg of nicotine) to 24 mg of nicotine in the bottle i ordered...

It honestly depends on a number of things. So I'm am assuming that the sidesho equals 7 cigarettes per pack from what you stated. From my experience 1 cigarette last me 10 - 12 puffs. So it depends on the way you drag or pull from the e-cig of choice. I don't think primer puff count toward the total number of puffs before a cartridge is done because they quick and used to warm up the atomizer.

As for the number of carts to a pack. For a sideshow it would be around 3 since they equal 7 cigarettes each.

Take my answers with a grain of salt as this is just speculation and not fact but I'm basing my answers on the data you provided as well as from others.
