A Bad Days Vape

So today has been a bad one and felt like I needed to moan.

I woke up around 9 and got dropped into work with my nautilus Mini on an istick 20w with my favourite liquid in and proceeded on using it on breaks no problem.

I refilled just before cashing up and bam. Flooding in the airholes. So I started blowing through to clear them and it would. Not. Stop!

Fine I thought, I'll just give it a quick clean. So I unscrewed the bottom hardware and the coil. Cleaned and dried them in a paper towel and then notice how wet it is so I think to myself "damn Lewis, that was flooded so bad..." boom. It hits me that I've just poured half my tank away. So I thoroughly dried the airhole hardware and inside the coil which looked more like a puddle and did it back up.

Then I realize I need to refill it as my head is nearly empty. Finally I finish refilling and realize my colleague is waiting for me so I finish up and leave and realize my hands feel like I've dipped them in vegetable oil so I grabbed my bottle of sparkling water and stand there washing them in the cold car park.

Finally got myself sorted and take a vape and nope. Vapour but no flavour. Damn vapers tongue!

Just one of them days.....

Sorry to hear you had such a bad day! When I get flooding like that on my Nautis, I can usually correct it either by turning the power up high to burn out whatever excess juice has gotten into the head, or by removing the coil and cleaning underneath it... Hope that helps next time!

I turned the power up but oh god. It was like moses had parted the coil from the airholes and the liquid flowed like there was nothing stopping it.

Dripping is too expensive for me to start up. The Mrs hates the fact I spent £30 on a mini to begin with (non vaper)

There's always the option of asking her if it would be less expensive for you to continue smoking... (I confess I had to use that one on my Mrs. Shut her right up. I smoked 2.5 PAD for 45 years...)

I'm a bit farther down the vaping road, but whenever the subject comes, I just point out that my "smoking budget" has bought all the new appliances in her kitchen, and keeps her car running in tip-top shape.

56 months @ $10/day to smoke = $16,800 in the budget for vaping & nice vacations!

Should NEVER head out for work with only one vape!! ALWAYS have a backup!!
