Hi all...I posted something yesterday, but I can't find it. More than likely I did something wrong...anyway...I'm smoke free for 4 weeks and 3 days now!!!! I'm using an e cig I found at a QT gas station. It's ok, but after much searching, I think I've found something better and ordered it. It should be here today. I've smoked for 48 years and for me to quit is something I never thought would happen. As long as I have an e cig, I think I can do it, but I feel like I've just traded one addiction for another....anyone feel that way too?

i am really into the revolver line revolvercig.com

Me too Georgia Jo!!! I LOVE smoking and the e cig has taken away everything I didn't like about it (smell, mess, taste!) but now that I am converted, I am so confused trying to get everything "just right" for my "vaping" experience!! Ha...the more I read the more questions I have. I haven't had a regular cigarette for 15 days AND I haven't killed anybody.

Hey bulldogz...I'm at almost 5 weeks without smoking and I have to admit that it's been so easy since I had an e cig to replace the regular cigs. I tried and tried to quit on many occasions and really thought I'd flip out and seriously hurt someone! I started with a gas station e cig which got me by, but in comparison with what I've got now, it was junk! All the info out there is confusing to me too. I think I just got lucky and found what's right for me. There are so many choices to make! Good luck to you in finding your perfect vape!

@ wv2win...which ones do you recommend? I am using the V2

For a relatively new person, I recommend the E-Power 510, Kgo 510 or Riva 510 in that order. That being said, if you really want warmer vapor and better consistency and you know you will continue to vape, then I would also look at a good 5 volt model like the 5 volt GLV2 or a good variable watt model like the Darwin which is what I use as my main vape. I have a 5 volt box mod as my backup from Ken's Box Mods. Here are some sites to look at:

Crystal Clear Vaping

KGO kit 1100mAh by SLB

5 volt GLV2: GLV-2 Electronic Cigarette [GLV-2] - $120.00 : Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid - Great Lakes Vapor

Power Regulated, Variable Wattage Darwin: Nhaler

Welcome to the ECF Eric! It all seems confusing at 1st but you will get it all soon enough. What helped me the most was picking one item per day to learn about and as the days went on I was starting to really understand the whole world of e cigs. Don't be afraid to ask ANY question on here. I remember in the first few days asking what a Boge was. Turns out its a brand of cartomizer LOL. I also remember asking what a mod was and a few members explained it to me but I was still confused so just don't be afraid to ask questions because ECF is here to help. Good luck on your vaping journey. Looks like you got some good advise already..

if you have the funds, it might be worth your while to invest in a variable voltage device and some high resistance atomizers. along with that, i've seen 24mg nicotine juice all the way up to fourty eight. the higher the nicotine content, the more likely you will get that throat hit you are looking for. juices with high VG content will give you that vapor exhalation that you are looking for.
