If you really don't mind not having interchange-able batteries, an Innokin I-taste MVP has a built-in ~2400mah battery, with a mini-USB charger input, AND... a standard USB output, for charging your phone or what have you in a jam... it's variable Voltage/variable Wattage, has the resistance-OHMs meter built in for testing your atomizers, and feels VERY rugged in your hand. from my experience (I've ordered tons of stuff from them, it's all legit stuff, unless they state otherwise)... as for all the other stuff, you'll gradually 'fall-into' place little by little with where you want to go based on your preferences and experiences. Good luck.
