OK I'm a newb, and just realized something that many of you probably already realized.

I use LR cartos- that is the only method I like to use. But I just realized:

it requires 30+ drops to fill up a carto
when my carto gives me a dry hit and I refill, it now only requires 15 drops or less to refill it.
that means that more then half of the juice used to fill it up, has become locked in the fibers. So over half of the juice wasted. :(

Where's a good place to order the clear ones? I'll be getting a Darwin soon, so won't need LR's anymore :)

I have read so many bad reports of the clear CE2's having a bad taste and/or burning juices, that I have been apprehensive about ordering any. But I really want to get away from using normal cartos, so I want to go ahead and order some clear CE2's to test out myself. But I'm having trouble finding anyone that has them in stock.

Where are you in SE TX? We are in Sugar Land.

I'm discovering the same issue as the OP, with the hard plastic Joyetech 510 cartos. An initial fill takes about 20-25 drops, but before I would've actually vaped all that, I start getting a dry taste and have to fill again. The refill won't take another 20-25 drops, it'll take maybe 10-15. My first one of these was a dud, so I cracked it open to see what it looks like inside. There's a very long thing of filler in there, so I think the problem is that whatever juice is left in the half/third of the filler furthest from the atty never actually gets vaped —.it just stays locked in the filler so that the refill juice you put in stays close enough to the atty that it'll vape.
