My first thought is, "Why in the world would you want to do that?"

My second thought is, "Oh well, why not."

They have those small emergency canasters with a mouthpiece / regulator on them. You would have to get your juice into a large vaporizer that would completely fill up the space that a filling station could suck from while filling the canister. Hang that on your weight belt and every so often switch mouth pieces to take your 'hit'.

This thread needs the vaping in the shower video!

YouTube - Epic Shower

P.S. I'm not making fun of your desire to "SCUVA" - I think it's cool. I just imagine that you'll be as happy as this guy once he discovered he could vape in the shower! :p

loles.....
and as for the topic!?
it depends if you have a manual or automatic switch. either way the air must flow over and through the atty. with this beeing said. i sugest buying a larger hose in diameter and place you PV into it. then close it off. i think this is a bad idea. you allready know what the pressure of water does to your body right? im assuming that reducing your O2 intake and replacing it with a somewhat questionable and yet understood e liquid would not bee a safe decision. but the way i would doo it is to prevape by compressing a slight vapor into a bottle then when you dive release the vapor into your mouth... it will only last at max 5 min in the bottle till it condensates on the walls of the bottle

Well, I got some great responses. Is it a good idea? Maybe not but it sure got me thinking. It's less about wanting to do it than it is about whether it can be done. I do believe that vaping rather than smoking will be a great benefit to me as a diver. I will suck far less air at depth with healthy lungs. I think rigging a small spare air canister is the only viable option. The PV would have to be in a hose between the canister and the mouth piece. The just grab a hit off the canister every once in a while. This was just a lark, but a good puzzle for me. One poster mentioned the pressure being a problem and that could be a difficult one. I just don't know what effect that would have on the battery, atomizer or the vapor itself. The deeper you are, the more compressed the air is so you go thru your tank alot faster. You might get a hell of a hit off the PV! Testing is in order. I will be diving in Mexico on the 18th. I'll try the spare air can rig then, if I can rig it. If I do it my dive buddy will have to get a picture of the vape bubble I let out! If it happens, It will be posted here. I've tried far stranger things!
