A Cool Vape Story (or so i think anyway)

So I work at a Distribution centre at the front gates where we weigh trucks to make sure they dont exceed there GVM before they leave the site. so yesterday i was just standing at the weigh bridge staring into space vaping on my EGO twist as a truck pulls up i hear someone laughing, i turn around to see whats so funny and notice theres an older guy driving the truck (id say around 60). he looks down at me from his truck and says "nice, How do u like the ProTank?" i was kinda shocked and all i could do was laugh and nod. he asked how long since my last smoke n i told him nearly 3 weeks where he replyed "dont worry mate it gets easier" he then told me how he smoked around 2 packs a day for 40 years and he hasn't touched one for a year now but instead is addicted to vaping. as he was about to leave he leaned out of the truck and handed me an EVOD tank, i think i must have had a weird look all over my face cause he told me to hurry n take it, lol. it was a tank of juice that he mixes himself (that i must say was REALLY yummy) Cognac and honey flavor 60/40 VG/PG and around 18mg (thats what he told me anyway). Then off he went into the distance....

the whole encounter had me Disorientated ,i just couldnt believe that a man of age could be so much into vaping that he mixes his own juice and even knows hardware...

i'm half expecting this story to end like an old ghost story....you go back and tell yer friends what happened, the whole room falls silent.

then one guy says, "but that guy passed away 30 years ago!"

and all you have left is delishus joos, and a shiver down yer spine.

oh thats right he just told me how he brought some new thing that i havent even heard of ummm a sphere or something like that i just nodded and said "ohhh yeah there sposed to be excellent"

my god was the juice nice i couldnt believe full flavor nice dense vape and a decent throat hit and that was out of an evod on a spinner, i cant wait till he comes through again 1 so i can give him back his evod but mostley so i can get some juice off of him and/or try and weene out of him how he makes it.

Yes, I know 60 is pretty ancient but some of us can still feed ourselves without drooling and amazingly enough... we can even wrap a tiny piece of wire around a wick and pour flavoring into nic bottles then shake 'em up even! 8-o

Us "old coots" just don't know when to go hang it up and check into the home these days.

Yup. Just turned 60 myself. I am proudly 2 years smoke-free this month.

Using a Provari and a Kayfun rebuildable tank atomizer and wrap my own coils and make my own wicks. I've dabbled into DIY flavors, too. I've made some tasty vape flavors.

i didn't thinnk the made glasses thick enough that u could see the tiny bits of wire and i know shaking the bottles up wouldnt be a problem itd bet the not shaking when you're trying to pour it.... just kidding... no but sersouly

yes i was actually reading that thread earlier toinght, something about vaping on the front porch, i love the storys im one of those "kids" that likes to sit n drink with older people so i can here all the stories of "when i was your age i worked a WHOLE week just to make $50 then id go to the store and get a carton of milk and a loaf of bread and a choclate for 2 cents (i was looking for the cent sign on the keyboard but apparently its that old they dont bother putting it on) and fill up my XC Falcon for $5 before i went and did unspeakable things untill 9 O'clock..... you kids out till all hours of the morning whenm i was your age everything closed at 9 O'clock and there was no shops open on the weekend"........... sorry i got a little excited
