Yeah, they should just get rid of USPS. I'm sure we won't see any price hikes from UPS or FedEx when universal delivery is canceled.

Good for you! If more of us would do this, it might actually accomplish something. I used to do a lot of business on ebay and if a seller listed usps as the shipping method, I just looked for another seller with the item I needed.
Well, if you look at the education statistics of Texas----about 20%of Texans 25 and older don't have high school diplomas------I guess I can see how the postal service down there can be extra frustrating.
Actually dismal performance of employees is pretty common in certain employment arrangements that prevents the firing of lazy ineffective workers.
Well you're in luck. Vaperev no longer ships via USPS. I tried to order something today and a noticed appeared about no more USPS during checkout
lol....yeah I came :this close: to going postal. But, if you want to hear the update, they called me at 6pm and said they found my package and I was able to pick it up at the post office and I am currently vaping my brand new Sid at 11.5 watts very happily.
All good...The Canadian postal service is no better and now they're ...... that we are slowly removing home delivery in lieu of area box set-ups. Brings new meaning to Oh Canada
Glad to hear you finally have your package but having to go pick it up at the post office sort of defeats the entire purpose of the mail "delivery". They should totally give people some type of postal credit for having to go pick up packages that were SUPPOSE to be delivered.
I'm sure all of our members that are postal employees are super thrilled with this thread.
Yeah, they should send me a new mod for all the times I paid for "Priority" and got it 5 days late.
I can walk to my post office in less than 5 minutes so it wasn't too bad. And that walk went very quick because I was so happy to be picking up my vape mail!

i'm going to be frightened when i hear news of my deliver person retiring. best darn mail lady i've ever seen. been doing the same little country-ish route for 20 something years. these days her husband drives while she delivers. most honest, thorough, decent folks i've ever seen touch a package.

I had one once tell me it was out for delivery. My mail guy is cool and I talk to him all the time. I went go get the mail and I told him it said it was out for delivery. He told me they hand sort things and throw them into the buckets. If the miss the shot it goes in someone elses bucket they scan it and say it is out for delivery. when they discover it is not their route it goes back to the post office to get resorted. mine ususally show up the next day. thing is the tracking the next day never says it is back out for delivery. just tells me it has been resorted.
