Just hit 14 days with no analogs this afternoon!! Opened my KGO 2 weeks ago...and haven't smoked a "real one" since. Learning a lot reading here...but have a couple of questions:

1. My juices are getting darker as they set....is this normal? I'm keeping them in a box, out of the light. Just noticed today, that many that were very light in color 2 weeks ago are now pretty dark.

2. How do you know when it is time to toss a carto? I'm still using all the same ones I got originally, but do a lot of switching around. I did pick of a couple of the Stardust type atomizers.....think I'm pretty much going to switch over to that option, as it seems to be a whole lot easier. They seem a bit hard to find right now....

It's very normal for your juice to darken as it sits....in fact, you might find that the flavor gets a little better as well. Many juices benefit from "steeping" for awhile, so no worry about that.

You change a carto out when it gets hard to draw, or when you just feel like it's not nearly as good a vape as it was at the beginning. They rarely just quit....so it's just up to you when you change it. If you're rotating several where none of them is getting constant use, they'll seem to last longer. I can get a couple of weeks out of a carto usually. They're pretty cheap, so after maybe 10 refills or so, switch it out if it's not performing as well as you'd like. If it still gives you a good hit, then keep using it.

Juices will generally steep and change colors on you after a period of time. Some people will let their juice steep for a couple of weeks before using them so this is normal.

As far as tossing a carto you will after time know when it is time to toss them....the big tells are harder to draw and taste change significantlyly.

Many juices will come with an expiration date on the label, which is like a year out. (the bottle that is sitting here on my desk right now says 02/13)

A little trick with your Stardust: put it on a 510/510 adapter instead of an eGo adapter and you will avoid the stiff draw that some are complaining of. (on the Bolt I think you have to stack two adapters. (or find a 10mm long adapter)
