i been e-smoking for ... well since march and haven't had a regular cig since ...well... for 2 months. I play tennis. I couldn't play extended rallies well because of my smoking. I started e-smoking exclusively, I can now last a hell of alot longer during rallies. Meaning, my muscles get more oxygen because my lungs can absorb more oxygen. Simple as that for me. Before, when I needed to catch my breathe... taking a deep breathe brought almost no relief (f-in scary if you ask me), but since e-smoking exclusively, when I take that deep breathe... oh god the relief is wonderful. I feel so much better on the court now. Whatever, you weightlifters may have a different need. I need more cardio capability perhaps.. i dunno. As for e-cigs. At this moment i'm using the cigarette sized super mini e-cig from myecig.com. Damn i sound like i'm doing shameless plugs here. But, whatever... the damn thing is excellent. In my opinion, as a 12 year smoker, pack a day, regulars, the e-cig is stronger tasting and feeling, but there isn't much of a headrush. IF you try, you can doit... trust me. Bu, it will bring up your stamina... dunno about weightlifters though. It is true about the lactic acid... that's what makes your muscles soar. One thing before i continue my posting rampage, though the model numbers are the same, and the e-cigs look the same.... they ARE NOT the same. This is a fact... you just need to find a supplier that has the good pieces and buy from them. Oh, an i'm gonna end all my posts today by saying that it is prudent practice to clean your atomizers regularly. Otherwise, you will be mad when they stop working because you're using dirty liquid. Rinse and blowdry. Holy ****e, I'm supposed to be on the tennis court in 6 hours. My opponent will feel the wrath of my rejuvenated lung capacity (insert demonic growl here).
