I am wanting to build a fully mechanical with no wires involved, only a mechanical switch. I don't really know how to search for the answer to my questions so I thought I would just post a thread and hope you guys can help. My main issue is actually understanding the path of continuity, I guess. I want to make the connector instead of buying it so does only he center firing pin make contact with the battery and carto, and is insulated from touching the 510 threaded connector? Another question, does the ground carry through the body of the device, like the switch being in contact with the body then when fired it completes the circuit? I can't get my head around it for some reason. Sorry if this had been posted before, but I did try to find it, I promise!
