1. Are the popping sounds when vaping/pressing the button normal?

2. What is the best way to clean out my tanks? I tried just soaking them in hot water for 30 minutes (twice on the same tank) and still got a bit of the last flavor to bleed through.

3. What's a good site to order other e-liquids from? I like Halo's plenty (it's my first non-disposable e-cig/PV) and I'm addicted to the Kringle's Curse, but I'd like to branch out.

4. What's the best way to dry my tanks after I wash them?

5. Are there any tanks I can buy that are compatible with the Halo Triton that are wickless? I'm not sure entirely what styles of tanks there are, but I don't think I'm a fan of the wick/top-burner system.

Thanks for your help guys, you've made the swap to e-cigs/PVs a great one.

I can try and answer a few and you can visit the Halo forum as well (but wouldn't recommend asking about other gear/ liquids there.

A bit of a cracking noise is normal. If it seem excessive, then maybe after you wash the wicks, they are not dry enough or possibly too dry (haven't let them soak in the eliquid enough). But it is normal. You didn't mention if you use the minis or reg tanks, btw.

Some flavors are strong and require more cleaning than just hot water. Some people use cheap denture cleaning tablets you can get from CVS or WalMart some people use a little Vodka in the water.

What's a good place to order juice....LOLOLOL it depends on what you like. Search the forums. Everyone has a different opinion and taste is so subjective that its crazy. Some of the popular ones beyond Halo is Plume Room, Good Life Vapor, NickoTicket, AVE, Ahlsuions, HHV, AiV..seriously there's a ton of reputable ones. I love Halo and do love others as well but it's more like I may like tobacco from one, bakery from another...

I dry my reg Triton tank by gently blowing through the open end while placing a paper towel at the bottom end. I also let them sit over night. The tank drying isn't as crucial as the wicks.

And never heard of a wickless tank. You mean like a dripping atty or a carto?
