A few Woodvil questions

When is the next run expected?
Which RM2 do they take, the non LP or the other?
Are the insides treated so a possible leak or spill won't soak into the wood?

I should probably know all these things by now, but I just never paid that much attention to the woodies. I'm beginning to think I just may have to have one of these.

Im with you on that never paid attention to wood mods but might be a good idea to get some info on these so far i know they are suppose to be released somewhere in February and that are gonna be full size (18650)
What i wanna know is the approximate price range ??

yes. some of us use it on the poly finished woodvils as well

Yes especially on natural wood finishes and the UV protection helps prolong the color of woods that darken with age like Cocobolo will loose it's reddish color and go to darker browns

It is very possible for the wood to absorb the aroma of any juice leaks. My lil 14500 smells just like the peanut butter cookie juice I run in it. I had a leak from a bottle when the o ring was out of place. It's all good though it smells like the inside of my grammas cookie jar .

The first 3 on the left are either 18490 Woodvils or Mini Woodvils (14500), its hard to tell between them in photos. The next 2 are 18650 Woodvils, the taller mod in the middle is a VV Grand, then there are 2 Grands and far right is a Mini 2.1.

Close Ian. Far left is an 18490, next two are 14500's, then 2 18650's and so on. The difference between an 18490 and 14500 Woodie's size wise is the lessor width side to side and thickness front to back of the 14500's. The 18490 is small and compact, the 14500 is tiny and lighter weight. I love both sizes for a very easy carry just in a shirt pocket, similar to carrying a pack of stinkies. <Makes them perfect for my wee hours of the night walks.

I never considered it in the past because I was a useless at coiling so other than Rob's options of RBAs was good enough. Since now I have become the world's greatest coiler (ok maybe a slight exaggeration) I might revisit of doing so.

Thank you! As I suspected, the 18490 will fit me better so I guess I'll be waiting for the next batch.
