Vicky and her website are the best. My orders reach me within a couple of days (I'm on the east coast). Every order is correct and Vicky answers all your questions (and I have a lot) usually within minutes. Cant say enough about what a great e-cig vendor she is.

Contacting Vicki online is almost as quick as talking on the phone or walking in a store. If it's a question on an order it's probably being packaged as she types it seems sometimes. Always seems to make it to the P.O. very shortly after. I think she could ship an ice cream cone and you'd have it before it melted.
