I have been wide open from the beginning. I do not hide my identity or stealth and am not ashamed to let the world know that what I do saves lives or who I am. I encourage public vaping, awareness, and education. If they ever decide to illegally shut me down for doing something for the sole purpose of helping others because we know for a fact it works and is healthier in the short term, I will be at the news station every day until I get an interview and it gets aired. It is no secret that I am not afraid to voice my opinion for the world to see. I have followed every law and guideline and every piece of red tape to get this far. It has NOT been easy. The only reason I offer pv's is because it changed my life and I believe every smoker has the right to know about it and be able to use it. The main reason I started this business! Banning pv's is ludacris, and people who try to stop the life saving device should be dubbed murderers. I agree with not offering any info of exactly when and where people purchase there supplies from, because just because we follow the law, does not mean the big guns do and they can illegally stop shipments and there is nothing we can do about it. If these are ever banned I will be blasting that song "Let's start a riot" as loud as I can on the way to the news station and Washington. And I will not leave until I am heard. I will NOT go down quietly. Take down my info. I will sell these to the best of my ability as long as they are legal. And if made illegal for unjustified reasons, I will find a way to continue to sell them until they lock me up. The BS has got to stop. And the word has to get out as fast as possible!

Wile I agree with you about venders that shaft the customers, like the "Free E-Cig" offers on the radio that actually ends up costing the customer hundreds of bucks, my point is not to give the FDA any free info that they can use to seize your shipment. While our e-cigs are still legal, they can & will confiscate the E-Cig & Liquid coming into the Country in a heartbeat. So why lead them right to your shipment by announcing to the forum that "oh, I'm worried because I order 100 bottles of liquid from Dekang 3 days ago and I live in "wherever" USA and I understand Chicago is really hard......". You just told them where to look, your name & IP, and what to look for. People don't really pay attention to what they are saying sometimes and it may well cost them the money they've invested in their product.

Wow, you got some serious Black Helicopter anxiety there

"Red alert! We have a line on a couple of GALLONS of e-cig juice coming in from China! Notify the President and scramble the FBI and CIA special units" :D

P.S. they don't have stadiums full of people with laptops reading posts on forums. If anything they scan them programatically looking for keywords. ...and I suspect the scans are geared a bit more towards terrorism rather than (legal) nicotine juice.

Here is something real that will probably have you cowering in a fetal position in the closet. All IP voice routers deployed at the edge of the internet are required to implement "legal intercept". This is a "switch" that allows the authorities to tap any IP voice stream going through the router. You *know* they have the land lines taped so... they knew about your 100 bottles of Dekang when you ordered it. No harm in talking about it now ;)

I think that Paypal did it in fear per the FDAs misleading, and false claims and wanted to Cover their 6 O'clock.

Actually that was all ASH's doing. A single letter full of lies, half truths, and legal jargon and Paypal dropped everyone who listed e-cigs in their transactions.

To those who believe that the FDA have to read all the posts on the ECF forum. You only have to look at the methods of the FBI and CIA. They need only to program computers to search for key words such as nicotine, and sick, to garner their info. That does not take an army of searchers. I would be careful of what I write regarding my purchases, and health, in regards to ecigs.

no wonder this country is in a deficit. the government is more concerned about trying to ban ecigs then trying to find people committing real crimes like murder and terrorism. they probably spend millions of dollars monitoring all forum sites looking for way to screw the true blue American. Plus they are mad that they cant really tax these like they can analogs. Just for that reason we are all criminals. ha Ha

As far as I know the e-cig is still legal to buy and use.

Im new to the vaping scene.. I enjoy it and it is helping me quit smoking.. Im down to 2 analogs in the morning and 2 analogs in the evening. I also agree that all post are read maybe not by a person but a supercomputer looking for keywords then those are flagged for human review. I also believe that the F D A and the U S G O V E R N M E N T will come after E cigs in force. 2 words to google search Eugenics & Georgia Guidestones.
research those words very carefully and you will understand my statement completely.. Great forum & I love the advice thats available here. :2c:

Happy to see that we have James Bond on here with us. E-cigs & e-juice "are" legal. But maybe you are unaware of the seizures of these products that happen every day. Suppliers, or regular people order from China only to have their order taken away by Customs at the request of the FDA. The only thing that can have me cowering in a closet is 1) My ex-wife wanting more money. And, 2) people with an attitude like yours that obviously keep your head buried in the sand. You've obviously lived a sheltered life and think the FBI/FDA use antiquated equipment to find out information. This post was a simple reminder to those actually take the gamble to bring something in. Not to James Bond wannabes that have never taken a chance on anything in their lives. So tell me, Quick1, when you fly somewhere, who has to go through the x-rays, leave packages, can't take liquids on board? Those terrorists you mentioned, or you? Hmm?

Ummm, name one single instance of any e-cig or e-liquid shipment that has been seized domestically. Why not? They surely know of them.

hahaha, that "lawful intercept" for VoIP. I worked on implementing that. (no, private company but it's a government requirement for VoIP edge equipment). and, no, I haven't resorted to sand yet. I thought my tin foil hat was sufficient :p

Refusal Reports from 2009: Search Results: "electronic cigarette"

The appeal court stay was granted at the end of March and April's reports have yet to be posted.

As far as tipping them off goes, I really don't think posting on this forum means a thing. The FDA keeps records, and probably doesn't need a bulletin board to tell them who, what and where.

Sorry, by "domestically" I meant a domestic shipment. Like from Johnson Creek e-juices to someone or any e-cig stuff shipped *within* the country. So large shipments shipped from the US to within the US. That was poorly worded to say "seized domestically". The only seizures/delays have been import shipments originating on foreign soil and being shipped *into* the US.

Ah, sorry, didn't mean to misunderstand you. So far so good on that end, but most U.S. suppliers are also mom and pop operations, juice and mods, small shipments only. Because the FDA has a presence at the ports and the large shipments originate overseas, that's where they have been concentrating. God forbid they ever move domestically. That's when it starts becoming raids instead of seizures, and those are really ugly.

If you read the OP, import shipment details were the topic ...
