the government will never sieze our ecigs: We have a right to property the only way government can sieze our property is if it was some how deemed a weapon they can take juices away as a form of narcotic if they placed ejuice in narcotics section.

But I think in this case they're talking more about possible interferences in interstate/intrastate trade. That is, before said juice/ecig becomes your property by acquisition. Have a look at the article below, for a comparative scenario with a much more candid subject:

Raw milk battle reveals FDA abandonment of basic human right to choose your food

You would think, but that's typically not the case...

The various "War on Drugs" seizure laws, for example, have allowed various government agencies to "seize and impound" (steal!) the property or cash money of any citizen, based upon mere suspicion that the property or money was acquired from sales of illegal drugs. A citizen whose property which has been seized must post a significant cash bond to the courts (a percentage of the value of the seized goods), and then go to court and "prove their innocence" to the judge before the property is returned. Failing to do so, the "law enforcement" agencies which made the seizure are then allowed to auction off the seized properties and keep a percentage of the money for "internal use"!
The whole article can be found at: FDA BOOK-BURNING/ASSAULT UPON WILHELM REICH'S RESEARCH
It's long, but well worth the read, and scarier than a Stephen King novel.

Not to sound snippy - well, it has been a long day - but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see our "government" busying themselves to squelch my need to be a fog machine... if they do this - does this mean that the next concert I go to be a little clearer and/or every lighting guy I know will get REALLY mad and have to take another smoke break :smokie:(when they banned smoking at concerts, it really did rearrange some of the lighting effects)

To answer my own question -- yes they probably will spend the money we don't have to stamp this out... because we must end the evil of smoking of -- anything -- until you can can a prescription and somehow call it "medical".

BTW - I'm working a medical convention this week and I just had to ask some of the guest medical experts of their given field while they were backstage what they thought of my ecig (it was a copper 302 atty with a silver 801 batt) -- every single one of these "top in their field experts" thought this was fantastic and sad to hear how BT and BP would get in the way of such a - and I'm quoting - "seemingly harmless alternative". In fact, a few of them were interested in them for themselves...

So let the the roving eye of big brother filter me out - I already have an S1 security clearance:blush:... maybe not for long...............

Good post. Sometimes I wish I was around when the Medical people were gathered like that. Maybe some suppliers on the forum will donate to guys like that.
I would give any 5 of them a kit for themselves. Might make them stand up with us!
In fact, wish I could send a kit or 2 to the Senators that are going to one day be voting on the e-cigs. we need all the help we can get. lol
