Good vid on vaping for a change.. But one thing that does bug me is they have to keep throwing children into the mix..

I mean come on; what about parents? Do they not have any say so in what their children get? And honestly, like the doc said, nicotine by its self is almost like caffeine.. It's the other nasties in analogs that really get you..

I also agree that if someone is not already addicted, it is probably a bad idea for them to start..

Plus, little does the doc know, or maybe want to admit; I as a former smoker love all those tasty flavors!!!

What a load of crap the "flavors for kids" part is. When tastebuds come back, a lot of people start to hate the taste of cigarettes and move onto all those flavors, if it wasn't for the nice tasting flavors, I know I would have gotten sick of the taste by now, stopped vaping, and bought analogs to kill my tastebuds again.

It is mostly positive for a change though, but still the $150 for smoking everywhere is still spreading on the TV, and that mug bought one. Maybe V4L should start advertising on TV, about being the best for flavor, vapor and customer service, including comments by forum members on the service, and then at the end have the "these hundreds of flavors and incredible batteries for under $30" or something lol (since battery + carto pack costs about that).

Then again, advertise it at that price and it could look negative as anyone can afford one then.

HBAndrew- I agree with you about the flavors. When I started vaping I never thought I would want to try anything but tobacco- the V4L sent me a few samples and one night when I was too lazy to fill carts- I tried the blueberry. That was it for me. Now I can't stand the tasted of the Kamul and Cowboy flavors that I have. Vaping blueberry-rasberry and since my last order's samples- vanilla and grape.

I would love to see a news story specifically on V4L! As for the cons that they stated, so wrong. 1. I am a smoker and some of my favorite flavors are not even closely related to tobacco. In fact, the fun flavors make it more appealing to smokers I think. Kids are gonna want to try these products regardless, but I would rather see a bunch of 14 year old vaping on an e-cig then on the real deal wouldn't you? Also, the whole idea that if you aren't a smoker, that vaping could get you addicted because of the nicotine is ridiculous! That's what the 0mg cartomizers are for! I wish these newscasters would talk to more educated people and do better research. I guess this was better than that ridiculous segment on the Rachael Ray show...

Such good points! Although I think you underestimate people. I was one who initially thought the more I pay, the better product I get, but like many out there, people's testimonials are what really makes the difference. Look at all those weight loss commercials. Some random chick loses 50lbs on some diet pill, suddenly everyone wants it. Price is insignificant to some folks. And I am pretty sure that the 1000s of V4L users could make a 5 hour movie out of testimonials! Haha!

Why is it that any sort of flavor is automatically for kids? Were we all supposed to loose the sense of taste as soon as we hit 21?

Aside from that it was a good advertisement that will hopefully help separate the e-cig from the traditional burning tar cig.

I am not a fan of V4L advertising on TV until the supply chain and back-office staff is ramped up to handle the load and they have a good lawyer on retainer to handle the negative 'make a buck via litigation' attention it will garner.

Same here, JDiz. My first ecig was way more expensive than the entire Ultimate Ultimatum kit I ended up ordering from V4L. The ecig market is still such a wild west environment that a lot of the normal rules don't yet apply it seems. Hopefully people who want to quit and are disappointed by other vendors do their research before heading back to the analogs. It didn't take me long at all to find V4L after my first disappointing experience with the other unit.
