For anyone who doesn't feel like an Empress, don't be put off. The essential message here isn't about gender or pink fluffyness, it's a doorway to heaven.

cute-puppy-pictures-pink-dollies.jpg

The idea of harmony is the key (I think).

In order for heaven to work, the ingredients need to be added intelligently, in correct measure and with conviction.

To get through this door imagine the essential principal of energy being channelled by creative and constructive intent.

I'm not sure but I think energy and chaos will become clearer later and we'll need this key to tame the beasts.

Both animals are the Empress! They look like they have it all. I think my kittehs and dogs are my harmony. They put my mind on its track to remind me. You know...it's very tough to live here on Earth, but I understand that heaven is within us. It's here, around us. Well, I know it's easier said than done seeing bad things happening around us all the time. The Key, the doorway to heaven..is within us. It takes courage and strength to realise it and reach for it.

I like that defination of heaven. It goes with my feelings that God dwells wthin each an everyone of us. Evil people have lost touch with their inter God. I can see that being in touch with our inter God would be heaven. Make me feel peaceful/comfortable just thinking about it.

Just think dog spelled backward is God. Humans may think they are above dogs and cats, but when you look deeply, dogs and cats are above us in spiritual ladder. They are there for a reason.

Here's what Linda Goodman wrote:

"Why should it be that God (or god) spelled backward is dog?" It's not just coincidence. Unless they're severely beaten, starved, or fall victim to rabies, dogs demonstrate the closest thing to "god-love" humans can experience. No matter how much a dog is ignored or neglected - or sharply spoken to - no matter how often you forget to feed or water him or her when there are other things on your mind, your dog is still there, gazing at you adoringly, eyes brimming over with pure love. No matter how badly a dog is treated, he or she is still ready to protect you, defend you, and love you. The wells of understanding and compassion are fathoms deep. A dog forgives and forgives and forgives...endlessly. Nothing you do, short of violent and repeated beatings, will kill a dog's undying love for and loyalty to both master or mistress.

A dog is not only your best friend, but also the best example you'll ever have of what love is all about. It's taught (falsely and incorrectly) by some transmigration doctrines that the next step up in reincarnation from dog form is human form. Wrong as such doctrine is, I wonder why those who believe in it consider from dog to human one level up. Dogs are more patient, faithful, loyal and loving, forgiving and compassionate than most humans - except for those poor, tortured dogs bred and trained by people to attack and kill, such as pit bulls and dobermans. I use term "people" rather than humans here because I don't consider such people to be human. They're several levels below human and many levels below animals. Those who abuse the smaller and more helpless (animals) or the innocent (children) have heavy-heavy Karma ahead, and they richly deserve it.

Kate must have known something when she posted those pictures for the Empress last...at least her Higher Self knew. :)

I think you're probably right Bryn, humans seem the most artificial animals and least in touch with natural law to me. Maybe abstract thought has something to do with that, we imagine all sorts of scenarios to explain what we don't understand and fight to keep our ideas dominant.

Harmony, love or detached benevolence might tie in with the idea of karma as natural law. It's likely to be in our best interests to go with the flow rather than to try to reorder the universe.

Harmony
This is really "live and let live" in practice.
Harmony can take some work! This is probably one of the areas most of us need the greatest effort.
One of the main causes of conflict on this planet is the inability to apply this concept - especially when confronted with strongly held views, such as religious belief or political affiliation.
To live in harmony, we need to accept that there are other points of view - and be content with that. In return, we get to retain our opinions. It is only by the airing of different points of view that we are able to get a handle on what is real. It is always worthwhile to test our position against that of others.
Another essential aspect to the attainment of harmony is forgiveness. It is sometimes difficult to let go of an affront. If you think about it, why hang onto something so negative that it diminishes you?
One good thing is that the more one practices getting along with everyone despite differences, the easier it becomes. It often helps to try seeing things from their point of view.
Love, Peace, Freedom, Harmony and Happiness

Symbolism of the Card

The White Chinchilla rests contentedly with her kittens, epitomizing universal fertility and the eternal cycle of life. Surrounded by opulent silk and soft cushions, she manifests a spoiled and lavish, even dissipated lifestyle, a comfortable acceptance of expensive material possessions, and an expectation for the best of all things. The heart, a symbol of Venus, reflects her caring and compassion for her kittens, while the four lush blooms signify the vibrant energy of life. Through the window the bright greens of early spring stand for birth, growth, and the cycle of the seasons.

YouTube - Laibach - Across the Universe

Across The Universe

Words are flying out like
endless rain into a paper cup
They slither while they pass
They slip away across the universe
Pools of sorrow waves of joy
are drifting thorough my open mind
Possessing and caressing me

Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world

Images of broken light which
dance before me like a million eyes
That call me on and on across the universe
Thoughts meander like a
restless wind inside a letter box
they tumble blindly as
they make their way across the universe

Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world

Sounds of laughter shades of life
are ringing through my open ears
exciting and inviting me
Limitless undying love which
shines around me like a million suns
It calls me on and on across the universe

Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world
Jai guru deva

I'll move us onto the next step soon so if anyone wants to say anything else about The Empress now is a good time.

Fantastic, you got it first time, Judgement. I love those pictures you posted Bryn. Is American sign language similar to sign language from other countries?

CARD XX.

JUDGEMENT.
I saw an ice plain, and on the horizon, a chain of snowy mountains. A cloud appeared and began to grow until it covered a quarter of the sky. Two fiery wings suddenly expanded in the cloud, and I knew that I beheld the messenger of the Empress.

He raised a trumpet and blew through it vibrant, powerful tones. The plain quivered in response to him and the mountains loudly rolled their echoes. One after another, graves opened in the plain and out of them came men and women, old and young, and children. They stretched out their arms toward the Messenger of the Empress and to catch the sounds of his trumpet.

And in its tones I felt the smile of the Empress and in the opening graves I saw the opening flowers whose fragrance seemed to be wafted by the outstretched arms.

Then I understood the mystery of birth in death.

I went to Gallaudet College before it changed to Gallaudet University in Washington D.C. ... at that time it was only college for the deaf in the world. Most of sign language was very very similar as if it was Universal Language for the deaf. I met deaf students from all over the world. :)

Someone did lexigrams for me out of "SIGN LANGUAGE"

SIGN LANGUAGE

LANGUAGE GAGS US!!
GAULS US -- NAGS US
INSANE! INSANE!
ALIEN! ALIEN!

IN A GUISE AS US,
AN ANGEL SANG US A LANGUAGE
--A SIGN LANGUAGE--
IN A NUN'S GUISE AN ANGEL

----GAINS US LANGUAGE----

SIGN LANGUAGE USAGE
ALIGNS US - GLUES US
A LANGUAGE "ANGLE"
UN-GAGS US!
A NU-AGE...A "SUN" AGE

IN USING SIGN LANGUAGE
I SING AGAIN

Lexigrams was invented by Linda Goodman ... it's now called "anagram" or something like that. Goodman believed that lexigrams were the word druids.

What are Lexigrams? Lexigrams can be used in several ways to solve riddles and penetrate mysteries. First we'll need to learn more about what they are ... then the rules of how to calculate them ... and finally, the reason behind the mighty power of words.

JUDGEMENT

Hold on, what's that?
Yes, I hear the call.
I'm coming! I'm coming!
Is it tea-time?
Is it nearly bed-time?
I do not want to go to bed,
Not yet,
Not now that things are
So close, so nearly done.
I'm coming!
I break into a run,
A happy, stumbling, eager run.
I do not care where I am running to.

awesome, e-pipeman! I love, love it. :) You describe it perfectly. Creative and talented, too that you are.

Bryn - thank you! I'm blushing - but it's really not me. I just write things down about the cards. It's a response rather than an interpretation.

But again - thank you so much.
