It's apparently 9.2mm diameter so I was guessing 4081 but I'm not entirely sure. My friend has this model and I can't figure out for sure if my old 4081 charger will work for it and I don't want to blow up any batteries.
Any guesses?
I think it's a e-cig battery, looks like one anyway.
If the connectors match, connect it up outside pointed in a safe direction and see what happens?![]()
Well maybe you could connect it with the charger unplugged just to see if it even threads. It would probably help in IDing the battery. While I like this approach in the "I've had a few beers so let's do it" kind of way, I'd like an approach that doesn't involve the possibility of the battery shooting off and possibly hitting the neighbors dog. Hahaha
Have him buy something that he knows what it is?
Wait. I don't know what to think anymore. Are 510 9.2mm or are 4081 9.2mm? I'm so confused. Why the heck can't Chinese vendors put the number on any of their stuff? Most of them only say whatever number is "popular" at the moment... Like calling an eGo a "LAVATUBE" or something. This is the part about vaping I don't like.![]()

I have to agree here. These cheap unlabeled kits are just not worth the head ache. It would save both of you a lot of time to just buy a good 510 kit or a 901 kit that will be easy to use. It will also be much easier for him to upgrade in the future which almost always happens.
Go to Walgreens and buy a Blu til the kit arrives.
