What is 888 threading?

Was in a local quickie-mart today, and noticed the sign outside said they had "New Electric Cigarettes"
Saw a small display of both disposable and rechargeable, along with the overpriced cartomizer refills. Picked one up to try for fun; came with one battery, one cartomizer, and a charger. Figured I could refill the cartomizer.

Tasted like crap! The throat hit wasn't too bad, and had some vapor, but the taste was really nasty. Tried one of my 510 threaded devices, but the threads in the battery were larger. Not sure of the threading, but the battery is female; the cartomizer is male. The box brands it as an 888 model, which I have never heard of. Was wondering if this could be a 4081? The brand of these is Bull-Dog.

I'm assuming this is Engrish for "808", as in KR808D-1

Thanks erich, just wondering. I normally use only 510 so I don't have anything else to try on it. I look at it and laugh (cry) though. This thing is really cheaply made. It's a shame that this is most people's type of introduction to an e-cig. Might just pick up some 808 cartomizers somewhere and play; always like to do that.

If it's a female connection on the batt, but not a 510, most likely it's a 4081 or by an off chance possibly a 306 Scalewiz (sir or Ms.?).
