*disclaimer: everyone relax I know taste is subjective, and everyones taste buds are different etc. etc.*
To start I'll say that Virgin Vapor is the e-liquid that got me to quit smoking, they are 100% organic, have AMAZING organic flavors, have great high quality ingredients (pharmaceutical grade nicotine, organic VG/PG on request, and they use all organic flavoring ingredients, and all U.S. made/FDA approved etc.), and they are the ONLY e-liquid company that's given me amazing customer service, and have actually directly communicated with me simply because I left a comment of appreciation, I didn't ask for anything I just said you guys have changed my view on vaping, and they sent me back a handwritten note that just changed my views on human nature a little
.
That being said, I've noticed a few very opposing reviews about virgin vapor that I didn't understand until I tried one of their juices that weren't from the "Absolute Line" which is ethyl alcohol free and only uses condensed organic real ingredients.
So now I understand what all the fuss was about: basically if you choose a flavor that's fairly complex/unnatural (like cotton candy, root beer, creamsicle etc.) They use ethyl alcohol to diffuse those difficult flavors into the suspension, which doesn't necessarily taste good straight out of the bottle without an overnight steep. It was very clear to me because 1) I ordered a large 1oz bottle from them 2)I ordered the highest nicotine level and 3) These weren't flavors that could be added by themselves without making an uneven solution. So all these factors added up to needing a relatively large amount of ethyl alcohol just to keep the juice in a quality diffused solution (perfectly consisten/even), it's a thinner basically.
So I thought I'd pass this message to everyone who had a bad experience with Virgin Vapors, or simply thought they got a bad batch (which is possible). But my "bad batch" which totally caught me off-guard, and was the first un-absolute-line I tried was easily fixed with a short overnight steep. The next morning that cotton candy was the best cotton candy liquid I've every tasted, STRAIGHT from the carnival booth, and a little creamier too.
I hope this helps anyone with a bad VV experience! Vape on you cool cats.
