*disclaimer: everyone relax I know taste is subjective, and everyones taste buds are different etc. etc.*:toast:

To start I'll say that Virgin Vapor is the e-liquid that got me to quit smoking, they are 100% organic, have AMAZING organic flavors, have great high quality ingredients (pharmaceutical grade nicotine, organic VG/PG on request, and they use all organic flavoring ingredients, and all U.S. made/FDA approved etc.), and they are the ONLY e-liquid company that's given me amazing customer service, and have actually directly communicated with me simply because I left a comment of appreciation, I didn't ask for anything I just said you guys have changed my view on vaping, and they sent me back a handwritten note that just changed my views on human nature a little :p.

That being said, I've noticed a few very opposing reviews about virgin vapor that I didn't understand until I tried one of their juices that weren't from the "Absolute Line" which is ethyl alcohol free and only uses condensed organic real ingredients.

So now I understand what all the fuss was about: basically if you choose a flavor that's fairly complex/unnatural (like cotton candy, root beer, creamsicle etc.) They use ethyl alcohol to diffuse those difficult flavors into the suspension, which doesn't necessarily taste good straight out of the bottle without an overnight steep. It was very clear to me because 1) I ordered a large 1oz bottle from them 2)I ordered the highest nicotine level and 3) These weren't flavors that could be added by themselves without making an uneven solution. So all these factors added up to needing a relatively large amount of ethyl alcohol just to keep the juice in a quality diffused solution (perfectly consisten/even), it's a thinner basically.

So I thought I'd pass this message to everyone who had a bad experience with Virgin Vapors, or simply thought they got a bad batch (which is possible). But my "bad batch" which totally caught me off-guard, and was the first un-absolute-line I tried was easily fixed with a short overnight steep. The next morning that cotton candy was the best cotton candy liquid I've every tasted, STRAIGHT from the carnival booth, and a little creamier too.

I hope this helps anyone with a bad VV experience! Vape on you cool cats.

I love Virgin Vapor...esp their mocha milk shake....but a warning..their flavors are strong after steeping and using it on RBA....I mean..like smoking sugar strong ...so if you don't have sweet tooth..I would go with fruit flavor.

I had one of their desert juices in pro tank..it was pretty dam tasty...tried on Kayfun..whoa..I thought I was going into sugar shock...like Candy land + Willywonka time for me..

Thanks for posting. I haven't ordered from them, but this is great info for future reference.:)

No problem :D, I'd definitely try their absolute line the first time. Those are always amazing straight out of the bottle, and to be honest they are what makes VV different from all the others anyway.

-Try their abs. sample pack if your going to give them a shot, changed my liquid world :p

I have been hearing alot of good things about these guys. Just ordered Virgin Vapor Sweet Summer Lemonade from them, 100% VG. What would you recommend for steeping these? Some people say to take the cap off, others to leave it on and put it in a dark place for a couple of days. Am new to vaping so dont really know much.

They really are the bees knees, and elbows too in my opinion :p, but like I mentioned earlier the "non-absolute" line are the ones that have the ethyl alcohol in it, and a majority of mine have been totally awesome and I haven't noticed the almost rubbing alcohol aftertaste, however I've had two (they were the big 1oz bottles, and highest nicotine which may have been why the extra ethyl) that had the funny taste I described, and I let them steep for 2 days and they were the best cotton candy and creamsicle I've ever tasted :D.

-So what I'd recommend for you is to smell them first to see if you smell that signature rubbing alcohol smell, if you don't put the smallest amount you can vape in your device just to get a taste because you don't want to pour it back in the bottle (not easy lol). And if it tastes good then that's awesome because I know how hard it is to wait to try a new flavor ;), but if you do notice the wierd taste then steep it for 2 days. (I shake mine every few hours just to try and get the alcohol to evaporate from the top, and smell them every now and then, they usually smell better and better, I've steeped overnight once and they were good to go). I hope this helps you! And I hope you have a good experience, because VV is the reason I quit smoking literally, I'd really suggest trying an absolute if you have an issue, or their sample pack.

(p.s. if you like wine try the in vino veritas, I don't even drink wine often and that's my fav, tastes just like drinking a white wine.)

-Hope this helps, happy vaping!

Oh yeah, one thing that really sped it up for me too was filling my sink with about 1-2inches of the hottest water the tap could give me, and then setting the bottle in without the cap (make sure it isn't too high to where it tries to float/get in) and then I just let it sit while I vaped on some other juices. Some recommend boiling but these are glass bottles and I didn't want to take the chance of it shattering/bubbling into the bottle.

I have always had positive experiences with VV although I've noticed plenty of others here that disagree. It was my first juice order too. Steeping overnight with the cap off helps dissipate any alcohol. Steeping it cap on in a dark cabinet helps with flavor. The longer you steep with the cap on the better the flavor. But that's if you have the patience and temptation doesn't get the best of you. I find VV to be a good quality juice that I would recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

I agree with you I just think Some alcohol still exists in flavors after one night with the cap opened. But after a couple it is much better. Virgin Vapor makes up most of my current favorite ejuice list.

thanks. this is good advice.
Following this post, and what I have read elsewhere I placed my first order of the Absolute Virgin line.

The owner has a very impressive approach on dealing with some of the concerns around e-juices. What she's trying to do and what I read from her shows some real leadership - but I realize nobody has all the answers.

I just hope I belong to the group of vapers who really like her stuff. :)

Virgin Vapors' Organic Kona Velvet Milkshake has been one of my favorite flavors for about 1 1/2 years. I also like the Kiwi, Passion Fruit, Original Sin (Apple), and all the Coffee flavors which don't have banana in them.
How is there passion fruit and Kiwi? Are they candied or does it taste like fresh like their Apple? Don't forget their Honey Dew. It is my favorite ejuice so far.

This guy is speaking the truth people hear his words.
Virginvapor is also the juice that really did it for me and helped me quit. Granted I havent liked every single flavor from them but I swear on my grandmother, bless her soul, that this company has my favorite flavors ever. Specifically the Kona Velvet Milkshake, and the Celestial Honeydew (both 100% all organic).
Yeah they are sorta expensive, but whoever is reading this, i got $$$ to spend. Do you?

Have you tried the Kona Velvet Milkshake? If you havent, it is at number one on my list followed closely by the honeydew. Its a must try, especially if your dripping and such, probably good no matter how your doing it.

I love their quality and flavors as well, in the minty category, Organic Vanilla Mint, Butter Cream Mint, Spearmint Kiss - I ordered a 3-sampler a few months ago, their 100% VG blend (mints not offered in their Absolute line), but i allowed them to steep and after about a week of airing, shaking, sitting in the steep drawer, they are fantastic. The large bottle I bought again, 50pg/50vg this time, Butter Cream Mint is TDF! And I'm planning to buy more Spearmint Kiss and a few other possible samples of Kona Milkshake and Mint Tingle. Love VV
