So i ordered a product from Ps on the first, and i totally understand with the move and all it would be hard to get my item in three days, or even a week. But now its been 9 days.... i talked to cash about 3 days ago and he said they had shipped my product out the day before and gave me a tracking number.. So sat back and relaxed, then i get another email from one of the tickets i had posted on the PS website and they gave me ANOTHER tracking number saying they had send the product out the day before again. So now i have two different numbers and they both say "Electronic Shipping Info Received"

So im again all confused about what is going on and when i am going to receve my product! as this is my first transaction with Ps i am feeling uneasy, i just hope to get it in the next few days. all i want is to figure out whats going on =\

If anyone from the site is looking at this my Order#: 13765

"Electronic shipping info" means absolutely nothing. It means a label was printed for it. It doesn't even necessarily mean the product was received by the post office.

With my priority orders, I see that first. My next update says "it has been processed at (or left) Dallas, TX (or wherever)".

Then I usually see it has arrived at my local PO. That's usually what I see with priority shipping.

If you are in the US, priority shipping should really be received at least within 3 days (excluding Sundays)....unless there's a problem. Not to say there's not exceptions...but if I didn't see at least some type of change in that status in 3 days, I'd try to find out where that package is.

Just my 2 cents worth anyway :p

idk im in boston ma, and its already been 3 days... i talked to PS and they said

"It is no longer in our possession. We have given it to USPS for shipping. You will have to contact them for more information, but it should be on its way."
I had the same thing happen. My tracking said "Electronic Shipping Info Received" and 4 days later i got it in the mail and the tracking info still said the same thing.

USPS tracking is a joke, you will get your package soon.

I'm not implying not to believe them. I said I would check into where the package was. There were 2 instances here of "unclaimed" packages: one where someone's package was left at the office where she lives....and one (i believe) was held at the PO for pickup but the buyer didn't know that. They actually had to check with their PO to find out where it was.
