I sent a message to InLife LLC asking them how the FDA ban on imports is affecting them. Their response was:

In short, there is no overall FDA ban on the import of electronic cigarettes. The FDA investigates each electronic cigarette company on a case-by-case basis and upon finding a company which makes medical claims that they are not approved to make, MAY take action against that specific company.

inLife has been extremely cautious regarding the claims it makes for its products. First of all, we have made it clear that our products are intended for use only by healthy, adult smokers. Second, we have also been clear that our products are not intended or approved for smoking cessation purposes, nor are they intended or approved to prevent, treat or mitigate any disease or condition. In addition, we have made it clear that anyone with any medical condition seek medical advice before using our products.

We feel that, due to our extreme caution, from the company's inception, in making it clear that we make NO medical claims whatsoever, inLife is in no danger, under current U.S. law, of being threatened in any way by the U.S. FDA.

We hope this information is useful and helpful.

Sincerely,
inLife customer service
