That's some good news! I'm rapidly approaching that point as well. I still can't believe (nor can my wife) how easy this has been. WAY better than any other cessation method I've tried previously (which is all of them, short of hypnosis and lasers).

You're so right, Bison and bet you wouldn't have guessed I'm a native, Rush-listening, former Canuck. <smile> Support from this forum comes from all over the freakin' world (okay, the middle east is a little slow), but most of us have such a common and easily-definable goal. I love the Buds (Del?) I've met from across oceans who've supported me in what has been a great success so far. And I feel good... no need to "light one up"

on day five here, not completely smoke free, still have one when i wake up in the morning but down from a pack a day

I went from a pack pack and a half to none. It's been a 2 months and tried one real cig it was terrible. this site helped me get going and sure will help you alot.
