You're not alone i have started vaping e-cigs 5 months ago and have bought 2 packs, mainly because i had both batteries on my 510 go out at the same time.

Other than the bad luck i have smoked a few cigs and now after having my XHaler at 2.7v i havent even been tempted to smoke a real cig! The XHaler is my saving grace, you just need to find yours good luck!

I got my PV exactly 8 weeks ago, and I smoked exactly 2 cigarettes since it arrived.

Until today.

Was feeling anxious and depressed, and bought a pack of analogs at the supermarket.

I smoked about 6, and then ripped them up and threw them in the bin.

It's time to let the ciggies go.

Again.

Wish me luck!

Good for you! When I first started I would panic in fear of not getting the nic hit that I needed and always new the cigs were there for back up but I ran to my PT and got what I needed everytime. It took some time to "trust" the fact that my e-cig would satisfy what I needed. Today I no longer get a panic stage and it is smooth sailing.

I had a similar panicked feeling at first as if OMG this isn't enough... it's not working. Then I order some 36mg and promptly overdosed... after the nausea and skull splitting headache subsided I realized RESPECT, yeah it's working.

That's pretty good though - in the first probably 3 months of my vaping journey I smoked a carton until I was finally able to quit completely...

I've been lucky and haven't wanted one since I started. however I had a half-full pack at the ready if I felt I needed to. It may be stupid but I think it helped, knowing I had cigarettes ready to go staring right at me but knowing I didn't want them helped my vaping confidence

perhaps if I had thrown them all away day1 I would have panicked and caved (you know the panic feeling when you ran out of analogs and wouldn't be able to buy some for a little while).

so see if having a fresh pack stashed in the drawer might ease your anxiety. you know you have them to fall back on, but you don't need or want to. that conquering of the beast helped me
