A Month into vaping...

Hi all!


I bought the Halo G6 kit about a month ago. At first all I did was vape... (vape?) But as today I vape and switch. I want to vape and not switch. Does anyone use Halo?

I was in a similar situation, best not to buy smokes at all. Having some laying around the house is not good either!

Sorry. I was typing while you replied. If your goal is to stop the analogs then just do it. I found that I needed a high nicotine level and once I found the right level (24mg for me) it was rather simple. I made up my mind that I wasn't going to buy any more cigs and left them in the dust. I have been 6 weeks yesterday and haven't missed them at all! It is a personal choice and if you have a goal, go for it. There is no special time or feeling or anything dictating when the time is right for you. It is entirely your choice! Welcome and keep after it!

o you have been vapeing a month but from today starting smokeing cigarettes (switch) and dont want too smoke just vape, didnt get what you ment switch lol. what mg nic you vapeing, maybe bit low for you as craving is getting to bad. also as someone stated best not to have any in the house as I couldnt stop knowing I had a fresh pack in the cupboard calling me lol.

Analog is a conventional cigarette. You are in the right place. Keep asking and researching and you will get there. We all have started right where you are right now. There is a lot of abbreviations and slang that you will get used to. Just keep vaping and keep posting and you will sound like a seasoned pro in no time.

Ahh... I'm vaping against Marlboro lights. Vape is 12 mg I think. Maybe I should up it on my next order.

Stare with a higher nic and it will be better for you I started with 36mg/ml , now down to 8mg/ml

I would recommend you move up to 18mg - 24mg nicotine eliquid. You can always lower it or dilute it, but you can't make it higher. You might also want to consider a variable watt (VW) model PV (personal vaporizer) which allows you to make the vapor warmer.

I started with 24mg and i dont really feel like smoking anymore. In the first few days i was doing both but then finally i felt bad taste of analogs and stopped automatically. Now just 30 days of vaping and dont even think of analogs

Hey Redkitty. Congrats on your first steps to a smoke-free life. I am a Halo user as well, and I think the G6 is a fine product, as far as cig-a-likes go. I picked the Triton tank system because of my (very) heavy smoking history, but IMHO the hardware doesn't matter as much as the juice you put in it. Like my predecessors have said, get the highest mg/ml they offer (24mg if I recall,) and get rid of all your old smoking paraphernalia. If you don't have a lighter or ashtray nearby, the temptation to smoke is greatly reduced.

Also, if I could make a recommendation, pick up some of their new mini-tanks for the G6. They're cheap and reusable and will give you a much more satisfying vapor than the cartridges. A couple mini-tanks and a few bottles of juice will run you less than $20 and last you quite a while.
