So I made my personal goal of resisting the add to cart button for a month, after a few people got chopsy and said I was becoming addicted to buying gadgets for vaping. So many times I loaded up and hovered over the proceed to checkout button. But vaping cost me nothing for the last month, a 100% saving on the money I spent when smoking!! Now how long before I load up the basket with a cheeky new mod, it is Christmas after all!!!

I was never overly concerned about the break even date, as I was always hundreds in the red, but now it's so tantalisingly close it's tempting to push on and try and make it at least once and frame a picture of my counter to prove its do-able!! Although I've nearly crumbled to the temptation to purchase so many times in the last month I seriously doubt I'd make another five weeks!!

I reached my break even date in the first month. In 2 months I've spent maybe $200 in vaping gear, mostly in cartomizers, clearomizers and atomizers. Being an 808 user gets pricey when ordering from multiple vendors every 2 weeks. ;) I spent an average of $210.00 a month in cigarettes.

It feels real good to actually be saving money. :D Keep up the good work!

I want a Vamo, eVic and an iTaste MVP..this next payday I'm going to try to get the Vamo and the MVP, the eVic will have to come later, lol
There are just so many options with new stuff coming out all the time..it can be hard to resist going totally vapecrazy!

I'd decided right from the beginning to build a spreadsheet that tallied all of my expenditures vs potential smoking losses. I kept it honest, only bought what was absolutely necessary (including that absolutely necessary gallon each of PG & VG) and in about four months I was in the black. I must admit that I drool continually over the "show us pictures of your stuff" pages and I check out the classies faithfully several times a day but I haven't bought anything. Oh, I also made sure that SWMBO has the final say in any and all purchases. So I'm not in the red anymore..... at all..... nowhere near it in fact....

I swear, I'm the most depressed person on ecf......
