Agree with most of that but we must be careful how we state the PVs can be enjoyed anytime or anywhere. In Utah, they put eCigarettes in our clean air act which basically bans then in the same locations as the analogs. I'm sure in time that will get rewritten but as long as the church runs our state, it'll likely stay in there.
