A new "What's for Dinner?"

Left over turkey stuff here still. I think I'll make some turkey slop on bisquits. Wish I had some cabbage!!! I love it cooked, not so much raw.

What exactly is a kitchen sink salad?

Beef tonight I think, still need to figure out what to do with it

....just a general term for "whatever" - sort of like a chopped salad or a chef salad......just whatever I have, I'll add some hard boiled egg, bacon, scallions, a grilled chicken breast, bell pepper, carrots, maybe cauliflower to the greens. It's the whole meal.

Ah...I made one of those "kitchen sink salads" earlier today then, for lunch - I had a bag of mixed veggie salad, I poured about half of it in a big bowl, added croutons, cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, chopped black olives, and ranch dressing...

For dinner I made Cheesy Sausage Rotini

Yesterday I made Sloppy Joes with Onion Rings.

Tonight I made this Chicken Cheddar Baked Chicken Recipe - Allrecipes.com and the cabbage side dish that I made the other day, sans tomatoes. That chicken is AWESOME! Hubbs and the baby loved it. (The older girls were at their dad's, and the 3 year old dumped her plate all over the table as soon as she saw it and refused to touch it. The baby ate all of her chicken lol!) I still love the cabbage too, I enjoyed it more without the tomatoes I think.

Our lovely daughters cooked us steak & baked potato dinner last night. It was so good after eating turkey till I just can't do it anymore-lol.

That chicken does sound good! Tonite it's grilled cheese for me, is easy to do at work and fast.

I'm gonna make something with ground beef tonight, not sure what yet though...time to recipe dig again!

Sometimes with ground beef (like if it didn't thaw out) I cook it up loose and make open faced "burgers" that you eat with a fork....

I ended up making Beef Noodles that night.

Tonight I made this: Beef Fried Rice Recipe - Allrecipes.com and served it with the last of the cabbage that I made the same way again lol. I did add the extra soy sauce that the reviewers mentioned, it came out great! I'll have to add frozen veggies next time.

I picked up a rotisserie chicken tonight from my local store - they were on sale for $4.99 plus there were coupons by them to get a free 2 liter of Orange Crush with the purchase, good deal

I fixed cubes of beef cooked in butter and salt & pepper...added corn and broccoli...served it on top of garlic mashed potatos !

I made some pasta with marinara and threw in some sauteed peppers and olives; also steamed cauliflower and broccoli.
